Went in for tie dye... been here before... they couldn't do it.. did all blue at this point... was told it was 52$... after Completely shut off and not made happy. I am left with blue all over the bottom on my fingers and lines all in my nails from them filing... I get up to pay and it is now sixty two dollars.... worst place ever

They do great nails. But sometimes make you wait 30 min or make you come back later after you show up for your appointment. They also have a stamp card and the receptionist never reminds you about it so you end going there multiple times and not getting a stamp because you forget. Most places remind you about it. I should have gotten my $30 off long time ago if they just reminded their customers about the stamps. Nails are 10/10 and the service is about 5/10.

I went to Lisa and I had a great experience here! I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all when I showed up, and Lisa did an amazing job at re-creating the design I showed her! She is very detailed and does an excellent job. The salon also had gel lamps on either side of the chair built into the table so you didn’t have to make room on the counter, it was really nice. Highly recommend!

Girl who was making my manicure was aggressive, not gentle at all, some of my fingers she over sawed through the skin , and cut all my attempts to ask her to be more careful, explaining that it was necessary. I wanted to get a manicure and extensions, as a result, they didn’t give me a manicure, they said that they don’t do it with extensions. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been coming to Enchanted Nails for over 2 years and love it. They are super friendly, professional and always make me feel welcome. I have gotten both pedicures and acrylic nails done and receive excellent customer service. They are the best in town and I only trust them for my nails!

I have been going to enchanted nails for 2 years now. It’s the absolute best in town. Linda is my nail technician and she is the best.She is very kind and her work is eloquent. Try this salon and you will never go to any other salon ever.

I had a similar experience as others; however, no complaints regarding customer service. I got shellac done a couple months ago and 3 days later the nail polish began to peel off. This was quite upsetting because I needed my nails to look good for upcoming photos.I've had shellac elsewhere and it's never been a soft texture, which easily peels off. Low quality products maybe?The lady who did my pedicure cut me a few times and I felt the pain a few days later.This was my first and last visit.

This was my 2nd time at the salon. I got a basic french manicure on acrylic nails. The lady doing my nails couldn't make proper white french tips even after showing her the photos. I paid $90!!! for the worst customer service. $90!! For a basic french manicure..I wish I saved the picture to upload.I asked her to fix them and she was so rude to me and said I should have mentioned earlier before I dried my nail paint..like c'mon. She kept calling her owner and telling her in her native language that I am asking her to fix it.Morover the owner Linda, gave me such a stupid answer when I asked her the price for a design. She said it depends on the nail technician how much they want to charge for the design based on the complexity"..like are you not the owner?? I left $0 tip and will never be coming back for this $ rip off place with 0 customer service."

This place is great. A little more on the expensive side but they are providing a very good service in the middle of this pandemic.. Please go PREPARED to spend the money and don't forget to tip. My nail tech is Jolie, she is soft spoken and doting and ever so kind. I love this place. It's clean, very sanitary and well maintained. They litterally have every color imaginable in stock.. So you can pick any photo from your phone and the color will be perfect. However if you are worried about masks, then do the world a small favor and just stay home, you can't play both sides, either go all in or get all out. Don't go out in the middle of a pandemic if you are so worried about a mask and plexiglass that really and truly serves no purpose with expectations. What a laugh.

Great salon and a wide selection of colors, however it really depends on who your nail tech is.I had the worst experience with Tiffany on two different occasions. She is very rude and aggressive, doesn’t take into consideration on your preference. During the service she cut me in multiple places, including with the nail file due to how aggressively she was handling my nails.Zero customer service skills- did not bother to greet me or ask me how I liked my nails. When I told her what I wanted, she simply told me that my “English was not good” when in fact I had explained to her very well in the beginning what kind of shape I wanted.They have many other great technicians that will take their time to understand the needs of clients. I have never received such bad service with any tech except her since I’ve been a regular at this salon.
