Disorganized office. Recently I had some tests done at this cardiology office. On the day of the tests, the reception booked a follow-up appointment date and time for me to discuss the test findings with my cardiologist. When I showed up for my follow-up appointment, I was told that the specialist hadn't read the results of my echo test, therefore I had to go back again for the findings. Yet, they could only give me an appointment time for this second follow up 40 days later because my cardiologist was fully booked and no other cardiologist in the office was allowed to discuss my case. I saw the same thing happen to another patient as well, who was sitting in the waiting room. On the positive side, the technologists doing the echocardiograph were efficient and friendly. So were the male ECG technicians, even though they did not offer me to wear a gown during the test.

Super friendly and professional. What could have been a scary experience, was very comfortable. Also, follow-up was easy to book, and emailing with front desk staff was super fast and effective. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend enough the doctors, technicians and staff at Lawrence Park Cardiology. The professional care they have shown my mom for the past few months has been outstanding in so many ways: clean facilities, prompt scheduling, courteous interactions with all the staff, and very thorough exams and follow-ups by the two doctors she consulted (Dr. Patel and Dr. Dragojevic).

Doctor Ashish Patel failed to diagnose a substantial buildup in one of my father’s arteries. My father presented with high blood pressure and easy fatigue and significant family history of needing stents. We urged him to order a CCTA angiography, which he refused for the reason that he felt he already had enough evidence of no heart issues detected. He released my father back to the family doctor, with instructions to keep taking medication. Three years later my father felt unwell during a trip, and it was discovered in another country that he had an artery that was 70% blocked. The foreign doctor had a stent surgery ordered immediately and my father is currently recovering. The blood pressure issue was resolved immediately, three years later. We are saddened that my father had to suffer like this and urge Doctor Patel to factor in feedback from patients, especially when there is significant family history of repeated issues.

Referred here for 24/hr BP meter. Awful experience. It's bad enough you have to pay to wear a meter when a Dr refers you, they used one that was the wrong size and I had allergic reaction to the latex and had to take it off a few hours later. Sure enough when I returned I was told I could re-do it, without a charge and when Dr.L asked me to do the test again the story had changed to we need a deposit incase you take it off"....implying I had taken it off and wasted their time the first time around. I had an allergic reaction. You might want to take something like this into consideration. The person I spoke with who made the appointments (getting someone on the phone here is also painful as well) would not confirm if I would have to pay again when I come in. Don't tell clients one thing

Operating hours are between 8am and 4pm, yet when you call at 3:29 on a Thursday, their office is closed, per their voice mail, which the calls are directed to.

Great experience with Lawrence Park Cardiology. The cardiologist assigned to me was professional, easy to talk with. I didn't have to lobby him for heart testing, we both shared a preventative health philosophy. The space is modern and clean. The staff was very accommodating and answered emails on saturdays. A+.
