Cramped lot. Meter is constantly not dispensing tickets.

Parking lot spaces for IMPARK are too small, too close together, difficult to negotiate and prices are far too high for a working person to afford on a daily basis. Homeless and mentally ill people roam around the lot, looking into cars. I found used needles around my vehicle at one time. I understand it is their property but if you have any other options for parking, I would say take it.

You are flexible enough to get a customer's business no matter the date the registration is made. Great. I paid for the service. When I came to know that my work has not been extended and that I won't be needing the parking anymore, it doesn't make sense to pay for it. You were okay for me to register for the same month past the cut date. You were okay for me to pay at the end of the month to renew. I wish that you would be understanding as well when I had to cancel. I was happy with your service and I paid for it. And you pretend to have good customer service? I asked not to pre-authorize my card as I would do it myself. I did go and manage my payment by myself and I ended up getting charged twice for the same month. Please, don't compare yourself to Netflix. Netflix may have better customer service than you. I work overnight shifts and I tried calling early in the morning, but to no avail. I had to remain awake to call later during the day to ensure to cancel the service as soon as I got the notice at my end. I would have considered using your service again in the future, but after this experience, not anymore. The operation guys who worked at the parkade itself are much more understanding than your actual customer service.

I just don't like impark in general. They send fake collections companies after you because they actually have no legal standing against you in a court, they will tell you it's real but if someone parked on your lawn it's not as if you could sue them in court if you put a note on the car saying the owner owed you money, you can only get them towed which is what they do

Lots of potholes and it's very uneven. Gets to be very packed on weekdays and weird angles of parking. They will tow your vehicle if you have unpaid parking tickets.
