J'ai été mal conseillé par le vendeur Victor. Il m'a offert un forfait complet incluant l'appareil à 65$+tx incluant le forfait, mais malheureusement ne ma jamais mentionné les frais supplémentaires liés à l'appareil, s'élevant à près de 50$+tx de plus par mois. Je me retrouve donc avec une facture de 110$ par mois plutôt que 65$+tx comme promis. Assez décevant.

Worst Fido store I ever been !!just one cell phone working Iphone 6,the other as display it's LG,and she's not even able to charge the phone to make it workworst service i ever experienced on my entire life the girl she wasn't even able to serve me correctly.I actually i was afraid to ask a question about cell phones with the kind of attitude that i receive in this store.I will fairly advice to go to an another store located somewhere else near by the city centre rather than encounter in a some clerk with a bossy mood!

Staff in this store are very friendly and helpful. I think because it's not in DT, staff is facing less customers. So they have more patient to explain and help customers. I would recommend this kind of smaller fido stores to my friends, instead of going to the major ones in downtown area.

Première fois que j'ai une expérience agréable avec une compagnie de téléphone. Employé compétant qui ne tente pas de vendre toute sorte d'option sous pression.Cependant, avec un seul employé j'imagine qu'il peut y avoir pas mal d'attente certains noments.
