Cedar Hill Recreation Centre
The gym is smallish, but sufficient and affordable. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well cleaned and maintained. They offer a variety of classes, ranging from exercise to pottery. The Cedar Hill chip trail (3.5 km), around the golf course, is a great way to start or end a visit to the Rec Centre.

Love the staff, front desk, personal trainer Karen, yoga instructors Sophie, Petra and so on.. always a great atmosphere! Hoping that new gym equipment comes finally in 2023.

The weight room is clean, well maintained, and the machines are in good working condition. I wish the facility was larger, but it's probably the right size for the community. Staff was friendly. Decent place for what it is. Seems to have a lot of art programs.

Smaller rec centre compared to the other Saanich ones, but I see that more as an upside. Crowd levels are lower, classes offered have availability, and the atmosphere in general is great.I only wish it had badminton offered.

Great rec center with something to offer for everyone, located centrally on the border of Saanich and Victoria. I've enjoyed walking around the golf course for years as well as the ceramics center.

Good views of Cedar Hill Park. Many kinds of facilities - squash courts, indoor tennis courts, cardio/weight room, arts centre, art displays, cafeteria. Nice place for the Arts. Gallery, studios for Visual Arts, summer camp, lessons & activities for seniors, & outdoor activities. Must check their programs online to make sure space is available.We rented this place for 160 people and ordered food from outside. Staff was very cooperative and set the tables as requested a day then took them down when we were done. Great pricing as well.

Great ceramics programs for all ages. Great instructors.Clean facility. They keep the grounds and flowers really well manicured. It's apparent lots of thought has been put into site maintenance and upkeep. Clearly lots of behind the scenes work by the maintenance team.There's a beautiful walk that loops around the old original farmstead land.An improvement would be to have a building map at least at the main entrance. Not a lot of signage for where to find rooms, nothing is intuitively set out or visible.

A great community place. Good gym, sport facilities, crafts and dance. I enjoy the 4km walk around the golf course. I have done it in all seasons. At the north end there is a beautiful ponds full of wildlife, mallards, wood ducks, turtles

it was nice , & it was clean. we came on a busy night. definitely taking my little one on a less crazier night to explore some more.
