Great place to have fun. My boy really enjoyed his birthday party there. Great staff!

Came with my Team from work and had a wonderful time. The activity was thoroughly explained to us and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. The 2 courses that we used were very different from one another so it was challenging. Also, everyone had fun. You will be running around a lot and working up a sweat so make sure that you are wearing a t-shirt! I had been here as a parent dropping off my son for an activity but I would say that this is not just aimed for children as all us grown ups had a blast as well. Would absolutely recommend for a fun outing.

Great place for a birthday party. Make sure your guests arrive on time. They have an all-inclusive package, and bring-your-own-food package.The staff is bilingual and they do a decent job. We've held birthday parties here twice and would recommend them to anyone.

We went there on monday and we purchased 3 games. Then we saw that students get 1 free games when they buy two games. We ask the if we can get a free 4th game one at least since we paid for the 3. They said no. Then today we came here because it was Tuesday and they charged us full price instead of the Tuesday speacial. When we ask them they said we don't do that special anymore. But it the promo is still up on their tvs. I think its no fair from their part to charges more after showing a false promotion.

Great equipment, lovely staff, had a fun time for a birthday party of twelve. The arenas are a little on the small side, so would recommend more for smaller groups though. Also, their minimum height recommendation is a touch on the small size. The younger kids in our party found the gear a little too large and heavy to be really comfortable.

Super friendly staff, they were able to squeeze us without an appointment which is very rare and it is a super fun activity to do with some friends. I would recommend 100% but with an appointment.

I reserved this place for my 14 year old daughter birthday. I paid for 7 players and took the Red pack for bday party. So here is our experience, the laser tag game was good as it should be no issues there. Here are the issues we had, we had 10 players as people brought their siblings so we asked if this will cause a problem with the drinks cake etc. They said no issue at all. So we paid for the extra players and continued. So let’s start with the drinks, there was not enough, we were short and had no choice but 7up since Pepsi was finished. The candy, again we were short 4 lolipops. Now that’s not the big issues, they didn’t take the group photo as per the package, the gift to the birthday person was a t shirt but they only had size small for youth which means only 6-7 year olds can wear this. Let’s top off the worse part for the first game we had no table to sit at. The reserved ones were booked and after our games we had to wait. So we paid about $400 but got service for half that. Wouldn’t recommend going here for a birthday party just so the laser tag and do the party somewhere else you will be better off.

Great fun for kids - and adults! The facility is quite large and able to accommodate multiple groups. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, everything seemed to properly trigger targets and good hits. The food is special but it's still a great place to host parties for big groups. Can be pricey but bring your own food!

Had such a great kid's birthday party here. Staff were professional, helpful, fully bilingual. Great communication. Well-run. Environment felt safe for the kids and for beginners, they had the adventure room to themselves, and I was amazed at the size of the rooms. They had so much fun. I would absolutely go again. Was very impressed.
