They are always willing to help you out and will order parts on for you if needed. However the owner sometimes makes you feel stupid for asking questions.

They are very knowledgeable people and were able to answer our questions. It's a small but well stocked RV store and we were quite pleased they had the part we needed for our camper. Definitely the place to go.

Honest ReviewThey are willing and ready to take on jobs that other RV places will not do. They are very helpful when it comes to getting you parts. And there work is pretty darn good. The downside is the customer service. She is condescending, and he is miserable and judgemental. But hey, if you do not mind these types of personalities, it is not a bad place to go

I had work done on my camper in the passed here very good workman ship and reasonable labour cost. Went back again paid 267$ for 3 hrs work for a simple job. Really disappointed with the cost of the small job. Would not recommend there services.

We had a stuck bedroom slide - open about 9 on our Class A. I called on a Tuesday morning and they told us to bring it over. Within about 90 minutes it was fixed. Great young tech who knows his stuff. Leslie on the desk was pleasant and helpful. Did not over charge IMO. Glad to have them so close by! Shop local."

I called this place to inquire about selling my RV by consignment, as promoted through their website. When I asked the fellow on the phone about the subject, he didn't seem sure about it. At this point a woman grabbed the phone and took over. She was kind of rude and seemed really bothered that I was asking questions regarding the consignment. Needless to say but I'll say it anyway, they did not and WILL not see my business in future. Customer service? Nonexistent... ***UPDATE**- cannot say customer service is nonexistent, I got a reply after two years LMFAO
