This location is great. They work until the orthotics are perfect. They recommend shoes based on your needs and will order them in for you to try on.

This place is amazing for my feet!I have been wearing orthotics since I was a kid and a few years back I was told about BioPed by my doctor. I have been coming here ever since.ALL of the staff here are amazing. All friendly and professional.My orthotics were made the old school way (with plaster cast) because of my condition.They do also have the new technology but they will work with you in order to get the best results depending on your feet.They do also have braces, shoes, sandals, socks, and whatever else you might need to keep your feet happy.I will keep on going here because they are the best for my feet.

All the staff and chiropodists know what they are doing at BioPed. I needed orthopaedic shoes in a huge rush and they went and beyond to make sure I get the shoes on time. Highly recommended for your next orthopedic needs.

Excellent service in all respects! The front office staff are very friendly and efficient. The professional staff are also excellent …the Chiropodists and the specialists dealing with orthotics and providing check ups and adjustments were necessary. After some time away, I visited Bioped North York today. I was very pleased with my session with Elyse. She listened to my concerns and addressed each of them in turn. I was pleased with the equipment used (it was in a sterile package) and the time and care that Elyse took during my appointment. I'll be back!

This was the best service I could have possibly asked for. I have been trying to find shoes for my orthodics for 3 weeks with no success. Mary was outstanding. She was patient, kind, and actually acknowledged how I was feeling since I have very sensitive feet. She was absolutely incredible and I look forward to coming back and getting another pair of the shoes she helped me find.
