Bought a brand new car from the Lethbridge Kia and wish we would have gone somewhere else. Poor service. We bought a warranty which makes it so oil changes are cheaper. Yet when I brought in my vehicle, which I made an appointment for it takes four hours to do a simple oil change. Not impressed.

Let me clarify. Their sales department is fantastic but their service department is an absolute joke! I brought my car there 3 summers in a row because my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Each time was 300$ plus to get fixed just for the same problem to happen 8 months later. They don’t care about their customers. They could care less about finding the actual problem for me. I emailed the service manager over a month ago and still haven’t heard anything back yet. Patrick wasn’t much help either. He seemed to be more concerned about stuffing his face with his left over chinese food than helping me out. I will never step foot in this place again. Such a waste of time and an absolute terrible representation of KIA…

Landon Cronk was absolutely amazing! He made the process of getting a new vehicle stress free and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. From start to finish Landon was extremely sufficient, courteous and certainly went OVER AND to say he went beyond anything he had to do, is an understatement I would highly recommend talking to Landon and his associate Leston (who worked so quickly to get me the financing I needed.) These two gentlemen provided some of the best customer experience I’ve had! Thank you again.
