I was surprised to see negative reviews! They have fixed a few electronic devices and two Samsung TV's for me over the last 8 years, and honestly told me not to fix my printer. Their estimates and repairs were very reasonable in price. This was at the Rupert Street location, so I hope that nothing has changed since the move to Henning Dr. I will keep you posted as I drop off my worn out USB plug for my digital x-ray sensor!

Nice bunch, they couldn't fix my printer without having to charge a lot of money (makes sense, it was a long discontinued model) but they recycled or for me at no charge, didn't even charge me for having a look at it because of the outcome.

Straightforward and honest service. They informed me that the parts needed to repair my printer were very costly and hard to come by, they spent a week checking for available used parts and told me it would be cheaper to buy a new printer in the end.

I have a six-year-old monitor that needs repair. I described the monitor to them on the phone and they said they would be able to get parts for it. I dropped it off and paid the diagnostic fee. A week later I called to check on the progress and was told they were still trying to diagnose the problem, but even if they were able to, it wouldn't matter, since they could NOT get parts for monitors more than a few months out of production. I don't understand why they wasted money and time testing something that couldn't be fixed.

Tried to repair a printer with these guys. They replaced the main electronic board (the easiest thing to do) - it did not help. Then they kept saying they are working on it. Finally turned out they were simply waiting for a similar printer to come around, to play with it and compare. A month and a half passed - nothing happened. They were willing to wait indefinitely rather than acknowledging their incompetence and stopping wasting my time. I took the printer back with exactly the same problem as it had before. Advice: do not waste your time and money with this company.

I bought an older, out-of-date (but had qualities needed for my job) printer off Craigslist to find the printhead jammed up from disuse. I brought it to RP-LTECH and they fixed it within days for a very reasonable price.

I have an expensive $1000 Epson Ecotank ET16500 inkjet printer with refillable ink tanks- a great idea.I didn't use it for a few months, and the nozzles got clogged. Normal nozzle cleaning cycle didn't help.This place is listed as an authorized Epson dealer.Bob gave me some friendly free advice on the phone how to use the Epson Power Flush utility on my computer, even though it meant that he would lose money on a potential service call from me. Impresssive.

I was referred here by another printer repair place that doesn't support my model. These guys have a $25 diagnostic fee which is a price straight from the 90s. Legit.
