My first visit went exceptionally perfect , Jen took my order and made everything so pleasant! Such a sweet and kind person. Thank you for taking care of my boys. Can't wait to order again.

AMAZING. I have been a very long term customer but this past weekend was my sons first birthday and I ordered a smash cake and 5 dozen cupcakes in rainbow chip for his party and every single person LOVED them. They couldn’t stop telling me how amazing the cupcakes were ! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend !

First off I just want to say thank you, the cake design was so beautiful and of course it tasted amazing, I was the hit of our Easter celebration.I ordered the yellow duck design cake in vanilla for the bottom tier and asked for the top tier to be the blue design with the Easter eggs on it, that tier was chocolate, they did such a amazing job with no hesitation being that it was 2 different designs. From beginning everyone was very professional, from the gentleman taking my order to the bakers you were all outstanding, you advised me to bring someone with me to pick it up because it was a 2 tier cake and could easily slide if I was alone in the car, Thank You. As I was leaving there were 6 other customers in line picking up their cakes and everyone in line was complimenting the cake, it was that pretty. Now for the drive home with the cake, it took everything in me not to just bite into the cake because the smell was irresistible. Thank you again.

We ordered a chocolate cake for my daughters 4th birthday and 6 vegan cupcakes. It was possibly the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted it was moist and incredible. The design on the cake was adorable and the bakery was so easy to work with. Thank-you Sugar Chalet. We have used you for all our daughters birthdays and will continue to use you in the future.

My wedding cake was supposed to be hand painted in chocolate. When we arrived at the reception hall, they were PIPING on a very messy scroll pattern in 5 minutes flat in front of our wedding guests. Flavors were mediocre at best. When I went to demand a refund, there was another bride ahead of me. They got their monogram wrong. They gave us both 1/2 our money back, but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted the magazine wedding cake, and I didn’t mind paying $1000 to get it. I could not recommend anyone to go here. When I arrived the day before to drop off the topper, they had not even started baking it yet! There were LOTS of wedding cakes and they were very busy. Too busy. They overbook themselves and then don’t do quality work, and are fine with refunding 50% because they CANNOT stand behind their work because there was no care taken in the first place. Go anywhere else but here…

The cake we ordered was tasty and our guests enjoyed it! We added our own fresh flowers and cake topper but they did a great job with creating what we asked for and the flavours were good (I would have liked more fresh strawberry filling but it was good overall). The price was reasonable too. I didn't get a confirmation after placing my order and paying by interac but when I called they answered right away and confirmed my order.
