We were so impressed with Knights Insulation! Del was a great first impression, friendly informative and helpful. Anny was great getting everything organized and helped us sort out a great energy auditor, and Jeremy and Keenan who performed the install were professional, friendly, and did a great job and kept the site clean. Knights Insulation surpassed our expectations! Highly recommend their services.

Knights is an excellent company to deal with and offers competitive pricing. It is a family run business and they treat their customers with a high level of respect and do an excellent job. We had insulation put in our attic and Bradley and Fernando did excellent work, were friendly to deal with and made sure we were happy with the work performed before they left. The noise level when they blew in the insulation was not as loud as we anticipated based on our neighbors recent attic insulation project performed by a competitive insulation company which was very loud. They even did a great job cleaning up before they departed. We were also very happy with Nathan who visited us in the beginning to provide the estimate and with Anny who helped coordinate everything from the estimator visit, work visit and invoicing. Everyone at Knights was awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend Knights for any insulation work you may require. Keep up the great service Knights! We will definitely use you for our other insulation requirements in the future.

Excellent customer service and support, Anny was patient and clear explaning the available rebates as well as advising us what type of insulation makes most sense cost-wise. The insulation technicians (Bradley, Marcus and Fernandez) arrived on time. They were courteous and explained what they will do. They vacuumed after they finished the job. Honest and fees were reasonable, I would definitely recommend them.

They were very friendly. I work from home and thought it would be a bit of a bother, but I literally didn't hear them and I swear it looked cleaner where they had worked than before they had started. It was a few months ago, and we noticed our house was warmer immediately, and now that the weather has gotten warmer, we have noticed an even bigger difference with the extra insulation keeping our home cool. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

We recently had an energy assessment done and recommendations for heat pump installation and insulation which both qualify for rebates. The heat pump was installed a couple of weeks ago and since that time the lower levels of the house have been cooler but the upstairs was still quite warm .Thank you so much to Anny, who coordinated everything so quickly! I found Knights Insulation on the Fortis website. I had planned to call a few companies but from my first call these folks were honest, professional and to the point. I did not solicit any other quotes and had Jake come out right away to give me a quote. The price was fair and the process was well explained. I confirmed on the spot and installers Darryl and Steve just left my house. They were on time, took good care not to make a mess, and did a fantastic job. I look forward to warmer winters and cooler summers ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend Knights Insulation.

I didn’t actually use Knights but the lady on the phone was so nice and the estimator was also easy to deal with. We had to go with whoever could do the job first, and that was Greer.

Bradley and Marcus did a fantastic, professional job. They were very polite, efficient and cleaned very well afterwards, which I appreciate with a 1 year old running around. Fair pricing too. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Really good team and professional work. They upgraded our attic insulation from R20 to R50 and we are happy with the results.
