I stumbled onto this place 12 years ago! The girl who started it took a lot of heat remember going to legalization. But she did it. She also made it through the pandemic. I was just in about three weeks ago glad to see she was still there and the store was full of amazing glass, she gave me a great deal. I jdiscount and a free sample! She also expressed how hard they been affected by the pandemic. And thanked me for shopping local, and staying loyal to the most unique original smokeshop in Quinte ! I highly recommend this place staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable. It’s my go to place thank you PPP for 12 years of bongs

Hours of operation listed on sign are 10-6 sunday. Here at 4:04pm Sunday and it’s closed. Very frustrated. Won’t be coming back.

I went in for screens, commented on how they are repackaging from sealed manufacted bottles to disposable containers w/o a seal.The original bong water.Response: dont like, dont buy it.I took my screens and will never return.With a pot shop on EVERY corner, customer service is key.Cudos belinda

I used to love coming here but it now feels like a chore to find out when they are actually open. Google says 12-7 but now it’s like every time I go, I sit for an hour from 12 to 1, and they still don’t unlock the door, I’ve even tried calling but they don’t answer. Not to mention the sign they have on the door says they open at 11. Please change the posted hours if you won’t follow the ones you have up, it’s just misleading and unprofessional.Very sad to post this as it can be an amazing place.

A female employee went on off an Anti-vaxx tirade, I wont be back.Thanks for all your previously amazing service. I don't care if you are anti-vaxx but it is completely unprofessional to talk to customers about that while in your store.
