He can never get help from the staff I get my help from the Levi's lady if she happens to be there the last three times I've been there not one staff member has approached me for help and I need it every time and that's three times in the last 3 years because I don't go back until the following year just to see if I actually get customer service and again they failed this year

My husband mistakenly bought the same pair of shoes at this store, after I had already bought them online, and was having shipped to this store. When I went to return the shoes, the manager Daniel was so helpful. He was able to refund both our purchases, then let me buy the shoes my husband bought instore, at the better price I paid online, and then have the shoes being shipped to the store restock, so we wouldn't have to wait for them to arrive, or have to make the extra trip to pick them up later. He was professional, efficient, and very friendly.

North Shore store seems to always have the better selection and stock of inventory.I get so annoyed with the Grandview location not having Keen, Cat and other higher end work boots. They often run out of , or just don’t carry sale items that are advertised either . ( jeans, shirts etc )I go to the North Van outlet and they have it all . The better managed and stocked store in my opinion.

The selections are fantastic. The stock they have are updated. The sales lady was very attentive. The customer service as a whole is the best in North Vancouver. Highly recommended. Thank you for the fantastic experience. I will be coming back here again.

Why the hell is your in-house brand (Wind River) producing made-in-China ripoffs of Stanfield sweaters, a Canadian product with a rich heritage, and selling them FOR THE SAME PRICE! Absurd and shameful. Direct copies and rip offs of a legendary and quality item of clothing. Seriously guys, you can do better than that.

I went in looking for two pairs of boots and a Columbia jacket. My budget was $1000. For 16 minutes while in the shoe department not only did nobody approach me, I couldn't even see anyone to ask for help. I needed help with sizing and the spare socks they give you to check for fit. Unbelievable.

What a fantastic Mark’s Work Wear World sale they had this past weekend November 2021. Both my sons, and my father enjoy their great quality great prices and fantastic style. Thank you for collecting @Canadian Tire points too! Often there are line ups but we were there at the right time.
