When I last ordered from them, my order went through and it said it would take 3-4 business days for delivery. Two weeks later, I was still waiting for my order. I contacted them and they finally got back to me saying the item I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore, and they would send me a replacement (which was actually of lesser value, and they gave me a bunch of useless rolling papers to compensate). Less than 10 months later, that item broke and I wrote to them to request an accurate receipt (which they never provided to begin with) so I could contact the original supplier for a replacement. Almost two weeks later, still no response. In my experience, they are indifferent to customer service and their communication is absolutely terrible. Won’t be ordering from them anymore!

Great products and customer service. They got my order out really quickly. I even received a call from a friendly staff member because some products were out of stock. To make up for it, I got great replacements and even a few freebies. Awesome experience. Thanks so much

I purchased from this company online on July 7th, Now I live on Vancouver island so I can understand that it could take maybe 3-4 days for shipping. I heard nothing from the company until 18th, saying my items were on the way". now I wait and I wait. I finally receive tracking information from them about 3 days ago (well over a week later)

We'll I bought a utillian 5 on 4-23 it shipped 4-45. I never received tracking, when I contacted them they didn't know tracking number and never could find it. I got the item about a week and a half later. But it was and still is only half my order. I'm waiting on the bubbler and extra coils. The positive is they did include some freebies like pink peppers and clear ones. And staff was friendly. But they should be on top of tracking numbers and updating website to know what's out of stock. Not waiting for you to order to be told we are out of stock. The main reason I bought from you is site says in stock.

I ordered some items from BC Vapor online on November 12th. After the initial confirmation email, I never received anything from them. No tracking number and no updates on my shipment. I called them after 9 days and asked what's happening. I was told that they don't know anything about anything. Completely useless personnel working there. I don't know whether they are poorly trained or whether they just don't care. The lady told me she would try to figure it out and call me back. I never received any call back. So I wrote an email. I never received a response. So I called again the next day and spoke with someone. This person told me that the owner hasn't been around and she doesn't know how to check the online order status. I'm pretty sure that after 24 hours with a little effort anybody could figure that out.Long story short, very poor customer service and communication skills from BC Vapor. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and would recommend that you stay away from them as well, if you don't want an unnecessary hassle for simple items that you can purchase for the same price from many other places in person or online.

I have called this place to ask for a specific part for a vaporizer, told that they have it in stock, drove about 40 minutes (one way) to get the part, only to have the employee at the store tell me they don't actually have it once I arrive. This happened twice. The second time I literally asked this is the part for [device name] and not [mistaken device]

Placed an order online. Good selection, items shipped quickly and were packaged well. Would order again.
