Do not risk getting your bike built, inspected, tuned, or repaired if you value your money and peace of mind. They missed out on a fully worn pulley on the rear derailleur TWICE and charged $70 per visit for a tune up.Go support your shops that actually respect and love the art of cycling.Never again.

Bike Depot Thornhill is an awesome bike shop with incredible staff that works there, and care for their customers. The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and listens to their customers needs. Horrendously incompetent. Picked up a brand new Specialized bike, assembled by these “pros”. I would assume it would be ride ready with everything greased and properly tightened. NOPE! Headset wobbly (loose), breaks grind (not aligned), nothing lubricated. Would be returning if they had a reasonable return policy. Avoid these “pros” doing any work on your bike; pick up and assemble yourself.

Watch out for these fraudsters. Brought my wheel in because one of the spokes broke and it needed to be replaced. I picked my wheel up the next day and went for a ride, only for it to snap again 30 minutes into my ride. I went back to the store and explained what happened and they accused me of crashing the wheel when its spotless around the rim and there is no evidence of any impacts. They will claim to fix" something

This bike shop specializes in fraud. They sold me a new bike and the wheels needed replacement within two years. The hubs were gone. Ray from Bike Depot put on new wheels and within four months these were also destroyed in just city riding - commuting. No compensation was offered and Ray blamed the manufacturers. Arif the supervisor was of no help. Their other scams included charging me for a rear derailler which they said they replaced but they didn't. Ray then tried to tell me a brand new chain was stretched. By this time I was on to their scams and I now go to a different bike shop. I won't go back to Bike Depot ever again. No stars.

I got a flat tire in September 2022, and asked them to change the rim as well. I got the bike on Tuesday, rode it home (less than 1km), and the tire was flat again on Wednesday morning. Got it fixed again, and now is flat again on Saturday. Employee said that it is clearly due to where I ride, and that there must be glass or something else sharp entering the tire and asked me to pay again.I have not had a flat tire in more than 2 years riding the route, but 2 punctures in 4 days after changing the tire with them, and once was when I rode back home for 1km. Somehow, the road I take is just full of invisible spikes or something.Will not come back here again.Edit: Next day, I went to Silent Sports on Doncaster, and they said the problem was the tire, which had glass pieces stuck in it and not the tube. If Bike Depot had caught it, I would only have had to change the tire and tube once. Have not had a puncture since, and today is 26th April, 2023.

Don't ever go there, I own an specialized bike, stop riding it just before the pandemic, I put air in the tires, and rode it there for tune up, this guy tell me a huge story about dismantling the bike apart to clean all the gooo " between parts

Very profitable and easy to talk to. Plenty of selection and good prices. They do a great job with repairs and yearly tune ups.
