Brandyn made this process so much easier for me. It was my first time refinancing and it was so smooth with his help. It was really nice to just deal with one person who understood my whole situation while he took care of everything for me; dealing with the lender, lawyer and putting all paperwork together. We've used IMI Financial Group to buy two houses. Most mortgage brokers aren't much better than used-car salesmen, but not Brandyn and his team. They are professional, responsive, and hard-working. Brandyn will always give it to you straight and do his best to make sure your deal goes through smoothly, according to plan.Simply put, there is nobody else we'd buy or refinance a house with. Definitely overpromised and under delivered. Was told approval would take no more than two weeks, gave them 4 just to be safe, still couldn't get approved. Lost a 5000 dollar deposit because of this and then was charged 6 grand for them to talk to a bank that I could have talked to myself. Overall pretty bad experience.
