Lovely balloons and great customer service. I'd left it quite late to order but it was no problem and they made sure the balloons arrived on time, keeping me informed throughout. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks!

If any of my friends or family are looking for stunning balloon displays to celebrate a special occasion I can hand on heart my recommend Hallmark. They listens attentively to your needs and never fails to produce unique and fabulous balloon displays, they are simply stunning and worth every penny. Nothing is ever too much for them, they put so much pride and passion into all of there work. I wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else. Thank you Hallmark you have made my little girl so happy she loves her balloons ❤️

Tried calling to order a 60 balloon to get no answer. So took a drive down to see if its open. I spoke to the girl at the door to be told I need place order over the phone... If no one answers then how is it possible. I asked to there 2 get 2 balloons to get told to come back at 2pm. 2 hours to put helium into 2 balloons is a bit far fetched. Poor overall service and won't be using at all

Can’t recommend this place enough. If anyone is looking for cards, balloons or anything for that special occasion then this is the place to go. The staff are always on hand to help as much they possibly can and are extremely friendly too. The balloons are amazing!! The care and attention to detail with them are just fabulous!! Will definitely be back to get more cards and balloons in the future. Keep you the good work guys! ❤️

I have bought many balloons from the Hallmark balloon shop. They always go the extra mile to help (even when making a last minute query at night). The balloons ate always high quality and last much longer than others. Their delivery service is also excellent and accurate - ordered fantastic balloons for my daughter’s lockdown birthday and they were delivered in precisely colours chosen and at the promised time. I would highly recommend the products and service - nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic shop, staff are so helpful and really take the time to understand what the customer is looking for. Really went above and beyond to help me secure the most gorgeous customised balloon display for my baby niece who was born recently, and delivered on the exact time they advised. Attention to detail at its best. Can’t wait for the shop to open again :)

Staff in the hospital hill store always go the extra mile i was in today looking for a 65th Husband Birthday card girl looked in the drawer of stock below alas none .So then the girl called the Glenrothes store and they had one sent it to the girls phone in hospital hill store and its arriving Wednesday. First class service as always in this store staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile Hallmark you should be proud ofthe staff in this store i may add the shop was busy but i still got excellent custoner service.

Love this store. Excellent choice of cards some of which are difficult to find elsewhere. Terrific ideas for balloon displays. Staff exceptionally helpful. Have been a customer for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend this store.
