Pros- the esthetician was friendlyCons- the esthetician looked like she had just come from a cozy night at home (not professional looking)-the room was very dirty with old wax drops on the floor, walls, and cabinet; and all around the handles on the door and cabinet were black smudgy residue. Hadn't been cleaned in a while.-about 40% of the rips the esthetician performed didn't come all the way off so she had to tear a second time. Over and over.-she ripped slooooowly which is painful-I was left with red patches all over the waxed area where the rips didn't come off properly. I wish I had taken a picture. My arms looked like I had hot water burns all over them and I've been waxing my arms for years and never had this happen.-she ripped up instead of along the skin which I know is not the proper technique.There are too many other places that offer waxing services to recommend this place.

I emailed this location directly regarding this issue and their response was very poor. I hate giving poor reviews but feel like I need to share my experience. My pedicure (non shellac) started chipped after only 2 days and my shellac manicure didn't event last 7 days to my wedding day :( They offered me a $10 credit but sadly I don't want to go back.

I was booked with Sydney for a Hawaiian wax and she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and it was such a great experience. Highly recommend booking with her!!Thanks Sydney :)!

I came in today for a full Brazilian wax and it was such a pleasant experience. Kristen helped me out, and was professional and friendly, and really did an amazing job. She was fast, thorough, and talked to me through the entire thing. The receptionist was very polite and kind as well. Thank you Frilly Lilly <3

I came in today for my very first Brazilian wax and Kristen was absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable from beginning to end of the service. She talks you through all the not so painless parts, instructs you when to breathe in and out and is very clear as to what she is going to do. I loved how she checked in periodically and reminded me if I needed breaks. She is also very knowledgeable about her work and definitely made my first experience great! Thank you so much Kristen!

I had my first visit here today for a Brazilian wax, I saw Nicole. She was excellent. It was the most comfortable Brazilian I have ever gotten to this day. She was very friendly and was easy to chat with during the appointment.I’ve already recommended her to a couple of people. Thank you Nicole, I will be back!

Manicure was okay, but she skipped the massage. I realized as I was sitting beside my sister who was getting similar services (included about 5 minute massage). Same thing on pedicure, she skipped the massage. Do not plan to return.

I had great experience staff was really friendly, salon is very clean. My eyebrows looks awesome Mariya did good job . Price was reasonable will be back .

If you value your time and eyebrows do not go see Alyssa. I understand she is training, but I was not made aware of this. So laying there for 15 minutes only to get cold wax poured on my eyebrows, more plucking than waxing and made to bleed was not enjoyable. No compensation was given even I voiced I was upset. Another girl did fix them and did an amazing job! ( which is why the 1 star, she deserves 5 but I can’t justify giving 5 stars from my overall experience)They were fixed, only took 50 minutes all together. For an appointment that should have been 15. I missed another appointment cause I had to wait.I did email head office, so I will see what they do to make me an over all happy returning customer.

I usually just wait for my wife while she is done, but since she doesn't use Google to review places so I will do it on her behalf.ynwife truly loves this place, as she is always able to find an appointment that works for her, the services themselves are excellent, the location is great, and the staff is always very nice and friendly (I can vouch for that as they always ask me if I need anything as I wait for my wife). Now parking outside is a bit limited mainly because Brewsters is right in front of it, but you can still find a spot, just make sure you come in 3-5 minutes before your appointment. Highly recommended place (that is what my wife said)
