Professional and very kind.My mother had problems using her hearing aids which she bought 5 years ago at Costco. The Audiologist fixed the fit and the type of ear tips. She explained how they work in a way my mother finally understood and showed her in a test why they could improve her quality of life. She cared enough to show my mother how to properly insert them despite her arthritic fingers. My mother wears them every day now.Also importantly with the elderly, she showed her new technology on request but didn't attempt to sell her anything which even my mother's ENT specialist tried to do.I recommend them to everyone.
