This is officially known as the Norris Whitney Bridge; named after a long serving Member of the Ontario Legislature. It connects Belleville Ontario with Prince Edward County. There is a walkway along the east side so the bridge is handy for sunrise photos down the Bay of Quinte. The bridge is busy and the Ontario government is making plans to twin it and possibly include a pedestrian structure. Best to park on the Belleville side since parking tickets are given out on the Prince Edward County (Rossmore) side. There is a large dog park on the Belleville side in Zwicks Park which includes a children's play area, wild areas and seasonal activities.
