First time in the store and service was top notch. I had ordered a new Oris Holstein Edition watch on line and had arranged to come in and pick it up. Sabrina, Marco and the entire staff were simply fantastic to deal with. Loved chatting about watches with them and look forward to going in to pick up my next time piece. Highly recommended!

I came in a week ago to check out the Seiko Spb187j1 I have been eyeing for. I met Stacey who was friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease and took my time trying the piece on. I ended up buying the watch during Black Friday and came to pick it up the week after. Stacey again carefully explained the ins/outs of watch and helped me sized it. We talked about Seiko’s museum in Tokyo, sports, and traveling. All in all, the whole process was smooth and relaxed.Stacey is a great and knowledgeable guy with fantastic service. I went in to buy my first “real” watch and Stacy exceeded my expectations. I ended up buying a pre-owned Grand Seiko and as someone who is in a sales, I can assure you that he is top notch and leaves no stone unturned. After looking at several options, he eventually found a timepiece that worked with my budget, and more importantly, was something that I loved. Cannot recommend this man and this shop enough. The process was thorough but efficient and Stacy made me feel like part of the family.Beyond the customer service, they have great inventory (both new and pre-owned) and I can guarantee that in the they will have something for everyone.

I had the pleasure to chat about watches with him over a freshly brewed espresso, and he showed me a piece I was specifically looking to add to my collection. It's been about a year since my first visit & purchase from Bandiera and the experience was as great as you'd expect. I was recommended to this location through a family member and was not let down.I was on the lookout for a watch and to my surprise, the same day I dropped the question Bandiera gave me a call to come and buy one!On my second visit, I met John who is probably the greatest salesman I've ever met. He got a watch I was looking for shipped to the store within a week, I mean he just picked up the phone right then and ordered it on the spot! Not just that, but he was incredibly friendly/knowledgeable and gave me a discount & freebies as well.Thank you Bandiera for the great watches and experience. Sent my Grand Seiko in for repair with Bandiera. They gave me an accurate estimate on repair cost with GS, came back faster than expected at 4 months vs 8. But they kept in constant communication with me regarding the repair process which kept me at ease. Watch came back perfect and more than happy with the service. They also know a lot and are very enthusiastic about the watches that they sell. Very friendly, welcoming, and doesn't have the intimidating atmosphere that some authorized dealers have.
