I have lived a lot of places and gone to a lot of pet supply stores. This is by far the best customer service with the most knowledgeable and caring owners of any pet store I’ve ever been to. Their integrity in choosing only researched, quality products and the time they take to be helpful are exceptional.

We’ve been going to Rascals for almost a year now and they were great with our late pup and have been awesome setting our new pup up with the right harness/collar and leash. Howard spent time with us to make sure we tried some different options and that everything fit right for the type of dog we have. He also gave us great advice about when I asked about changing our dog food and we’ve noticed he’s much healthier and happier.We can’t recommend Rascals enough, great place with awesome owners and staff.

I am all about supporting local small businesses but I am sad to say I will absolutely NOT be supporting this business and Sue ever again.The one thing I can not and will not tolerate is dishonesty and ripping people off. That is exactly what Sue did to me. I’m extremely disappointed and saddened by this treatment.

Sue and the team are so friendly and have a great variety of raw food and all my dogs favorite treats. They are very accommodating and I'm happy to drive from the Westshore to shop at this great locally owned store.

We have been shopping with Rascals for about 3yrs now!we are always acknowledged , any questions are answered with full detail.Sue, Howard and Lily have made our shopping experience at Rascals Easy! its organized clean and if I've forgotten what we previously purchased, almost always without looking Sue can tell me what we had our dogs on , without looking. :)That's an amazing skill Lady, seeing that were just one of the many clients to be remembered that way.Thank you guys

I wanted to leave a huge shout-out to Sue for her amazing expertise and helpful service at Rascal's Pet Market. I love that she tries to bring in products that are the best quality for the price point. She's been a great source of wisdom for my two dogs that have skin issues. And it is good to know that my vet at Anicare Vet Hospital thinks the world of her company. I'm also impressed with her willingness to change things, or correct a mistake -- which can happen to the best of us. My dogs are very grateful for Sue and her fabulous products. Great shoutout for K9 Choice Dogs foods made in Canada!
