We had a bath tub and shower installed about twenty years ago. We were very happy with the finished job and the service provided. Recently we had a problem with water between the liner and the tub. We called Bath fitter and our service was performed by Andrea Williams. The problem was fixed quickly and looks just like new. Bath fitter has a life time warranty that really is what it suggests. Excellent work and excellent warranty service. Thank you.

Sales Consultant Carlo Macarandang is very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. Bath Fitter was very responsive as well, because whenever I called they answered me right way. I had to change the appointment a few times and they did with a smile. The tub installer Bryan Kimball was absolutely amazing. He explained before starting what will be the sequence of his works. He is very skilled and knows what he is doing. Thanks to Bryan and Carlo.

Daniel and Amir did a terrific job in eleven hours! They removed a cast iron bath tub and replaced it with a walk in shower with glass doors and accessories.I am in shock. The workspace was kept very tidy overnight. The finished product is perfect. I wish I had done this for my Mother years ago. A dated old bathtub is now a large walk in shower. Safe, clean, and inviting. Worth every penny. Thank you. Richard L., Toronto

I had a shower put in a few years back with bath fitter. They did a great job. More so, their follow up service is A1. Today Valerie Guirine came to fix the shower hose and ended up also replacing the cartridge because he found it to be not functional. Thanks again Valerie.

Conversion from bath tub to shower. Right from the start very professional team from sales consultant Serafino and installer Bryan. Job was completed as promised - even sooner - Bryan was on time, friendly , explained each step and very hard working - cleaned up when done - couldn’t tell he had been here. We love the end result and would definitely recommend bath fitter to our family and friends. Thanks Serafino and Bryan!

We had a great experience with BathFitters from beginning to end. Everything happened as promised - no delays or excuses. The installation went as promised. The fixtures are awesome and a noticeable improvement from what was there - an unexpected surprise. Val was professional, explained what he was doing, pointed out some adjustments that he recommended be made to ensure the finished product was functional. Highly recommend!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Process was quick and easy. Sales rep Carlo was great. Office staff Beverly was excellent. Installer Val was awesome. Took 2 days and the difference is incredible. I recommend this company for any of your bathroom renovation needs!

Our installer Bryan did an excellent job! He arrived early, added plywood to the water damaged drywall to add more support for the new walls, finished sooner than expected and cleaned all his work area. Our new tub looks great
