Montana Basement Solutions gives excellent customer service a whole new meaning! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I used MBS for two separate properties and could not have been more pleased with the high level of customer service and attention to detail. Everyone involved with my projects was kind, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Working with Dean made the experiences less stressful. I appreciated his patience and detailed explanations. They really do stand behind their work! If I ever have a problem again they will be the first company I call!

Like many others in our area, we have had groundwater in our basement necessitating quick action to prevent as much damage as possible. Thankfully, we called Montana Basement Solutions to see if they could help us and they certainly did! Wyn, Tina and their team did a masterful job in rectifying our problem by cutting through our foundation floor and installing a sump pump. They were professional and compassionate in our dealings and we are so grateful that they were able to take care of our problem. Hopefully, we won't have this type of problem in the future but if we do, we will definitely be calling Montana Basement Solutions! Thank you Wyn, Tina and your crew!

These guys were awesome. Flat out awesome. They came into our basement and installed a perimeter drain and sump pump in about 4 days. And they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. I give them my highest recommendation.

Excellent staff, service & product. Erin was super helpful with estimating and scheduling waterproofing of our basement. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous, got done early, and did a great job!

Montana Basement Solutions came out and gave us advice on the cracks in our foundation and how to improve the functionality of our crawl space. We appreciated their insight and expertise. When it came time to perform our work; they showed up on the day they stated they would, completed the job as originally agreed upon and left our home without leaving a mess. The salesman Rich drove all the way out to my house. Inspected what I though would involve major work. Involving a basement drain system. He inspected the outside of the house and advised me that my problem most likely was a gutter issue. He explained the water wasn’t draining properly off the roof properly. A company that tells you that you can fix your problem at a fraction of the cost. Turns alway selling you their product. That shows me this company has integrity and sets the standard for contractors.Saved me money just by calling them. Didn’t even charge for a service call. I’m Very grateful for Montana Basement Solutions.

I want to share how impressed I am with Montana Basement Solutions. From the beginning they were a pleasure to work with. The crew showed up on day one and worked their butts off for 4 straight days. Very nice, polite, and did I mention hard working? I will admit I didn't really have any idea the type of labor intensive work this entailed but wow. They covered everything and took time to make sure the dust and dirt was contained to the basement while working on my home. Let me say the end result is nothing short of amazing. If you are having problems with your basement and water intrusion, pick up the phone and call these folks. Great crew and company. Thanks again!

I had a basement window that would leak water when it rained. I called Montana Basement Solutions and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Rich was very kind and professional and was happy to answer my questions. Less than a week later Forrest and Cody came and completed the project very quickly and did a great job, they were all friendly and easy to work with. I was impressed with the communication and service. Last night it rained all night and I was excited that no water was in the basement in the morning. The quote was accurate and I felt that it was a fair price. My only regret is not calling them two years ago and avoiding some stress.

Montana Basement Solutions were amazing and cleaned our crawlspace, added a fan to keep crawlspace air out of our house, and cleaned mold from a previous leak. They were great at communicating with us, timely, professional, and made our crawlspace look new! Sorry this review is late but thank you all so much!
