Absolutely terrible! The bread was hard and old; cookies were more like hockey pucks, and they were ridiculously stingy with all toppings, and when asked to put more on, they would add 1 or 2 more. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Half the meat of any other subway. More mustard than meat. They're lucky they're the only quick food stop in the area.

Came in for a sandwich on the way out of town. I found the Subway inside the gas station to be spotless and manned by a soft-spoken, extremely polite man behind the counter. He was so genuine it was almost off-putting. I appreciate him very much!The Cold Cut Sub tasted great. The bread was just right, even though I came in late in the day at about 7:30pm.I really appreciate that he listened to me instructions about cutting the sub in half and wrapping each half separately to make it easier to eat in the car.PRO TIP- Have your sub cut in half and have each half wrapped separately to make it easier to eat a footlong sub in your car.

First time here in radium hot springs and I thought it could be not the best Subway to eat, but thanks to Hacer, cuz I was acting greedy as usual to add more toppings :) and she stopped me and asked me to trust her! She put the exact amount of toppings to make the best chicken bacon ranch footlong ever! But I added extra bacon anyways hahahaha. Easy location, great staff and great service!

Decent subway, good veggies, had a bacon and egg sub today. Did the job. Staff are friendly and quick. Can get real busy during summer so be patient.

Absolutely terrible service - I came in on Oct 11/19. I had to ask more than half a dozen times for a simple kids meal & 5 times I was completely ignored, the lady had no idea how to make the kids meal and her supervisor was being short with her which probably gave her more reason to make mistakes. I promptly asked for an m&m cookie with the kids meal & her supervisor tells me kids meals don't come with cookies. EVERY.SINGLE.SUBWAY I've ever been to from here to Sask has consistently offered cookies with the kids meals. On top of that, she chose not to ask if I'd like to purchase cookies nor did she give me a chance to ask, instead she rushed my payment through the till and moved on to the fellow behind me.

Came in 20 minutes before closing and were told we were still good to order. Employee was moving incredibly slow with another person in front of us and after waiting 12 minutes (still 8 minutes until closing) we were told he wouldn't serve us anymore. It would have taken me a minute or 2 make our sandwiches. Terrible customer service. Not sure why you would promise to take our order and then change your mind after 10 minutes while you are still open, very unprofessional.

So not actually sure what happened but Ashley was our sandwich artist" for starters she was extremely rude or maybe intoxicated. She was so out of it she just left the bacon to my sandwich on the counter

Sandwich artists struggling to understand what we were ordering and kept trying to get us to pay for the next sandwich. Very slow as well.
