This is my favourite store to go for for outdoor equipment and clothing! The space is inviting and very clean, every employee that I spoke with was eager to help me find exactly what I needed. Specifically, when my partner asked an associate about their different kinds of hiking pants, she was very knowledgable on the different types and benefits of each style, and we appreciated her asking questions on what we were looking for. The belt I purchased is sturdy, and my water bottle keeps cold for hoursssss! Very useful when I'm on the trail. I am looking forward to coming back in the future.

Love the brand and the store was clean and well organized despite being in a bit of a cramped, smaller spot but I can't help but feel like I was profiled and a victim of racism. The staff literally ignored me and greeted, talked to, asked if they needed any help to all the other patrons (6 others groups except for me) who were all white while not saying a word to me. Finally was able to get someone's help but a reminder racism is alive and well in Ottawa.

Visited the store last weekend and Jona assisted my daughter and I with selecting clothing. He has a wide knowledge of the products being sold. I found him to be very helpful. We will be back to buy more!

Felt that they were not interested to help much but were nice and polite. I guess i am expecting too much. The selection was limited in a lot of stuff but a nice place to visit for quality clothes.

Honestly one of the best brands there are. Incredible customer service products have unbelievable quality and they take pride in it, it shows. Had a rip in 2 pairs of trousers and they repaired them without any questions. Highly recommend this brand!
