Horrible experience. The lady who helped us was very rude and unprofessional. They tried to tell me that the car I rented was returned damaged which was absolutely false. They told me this after I had returned the car and had left, not while i was there . They put a hold of $500 on my credit card for about 3 weeks. Definitely not worth it. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. They’re affiliated with Ace so if you use Ace through Priceline when in Torontoyou will end up with this company. I did it through Priceline and selected Ace, I did not know that it would be through this co. I gave them one star because I had to select something, otherwise no star at all. They also go by Viscount, not sure what the affiliation is.

I booked a car at Iversta Car rental ( ACE rental) for my 4 days vacation in Toronto. The staff were friendly and very patient with myself and my family. We arrived at Toronto late but the staffs were their waiting for us. We also got a brand new car rental. It was a lovely experience.

Great service from Iversta. I scheduled a booking with Turo two weeks ago and got cancelled last week. In my panic I booked with iversta and got a car that very same day with no issues with even less money and on a public holiday. Really awesome stuff from the people here. Will be sure to come here should I need to rent a car again. Shout out to everyone there but to these specific duos Harman, Jatin and kunal

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. We rented the car at night and did not think to give the car a comprehensive look to ensure no prior damage.If there is even a scratch on the car they will require this be repaired and put through insurance.A small scratch that we don't know how/when it happened (or if it was our doing) cost our insurance 1500$ with a 500$ deductible out of pocket. These people will do what they can to take your money, rent somewhere else!While inside, we experienced multiple customers in arguments with the staff about similar situations. This should have been the red flag that had us turning around.If I was to take a guess, I think this is a regular situation that gives the company their revenue. False claims repaired in house, seriously concerning and will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Good car rental agency. Pretty busy location and hectic since near airport. Took a while to get ride from viscount station and to do paperwork. Reception is constantly interrupted when dealing with a customer and it's pretty frustrating that the person dealing with you is also dealing with 10 other things and people running around asking him questions. He should be allowed to focus on the person in front of him.

Super pleasant helpful staff both at my pickup and drop off - Abhishek and Jimmy. They explained everything clearly and the inspection was thorough. Checkin when I picked up was efficient and drop off was more thorough than I’m used to, but still very efficient and smooth!The car was brand new and great.
