This place use to be amazing but my last 2 visits have been horrible. A few days ago I waited 20 minutes only to ask to cancel the order because the drinks were not made. Today, the cream in my cold brew looked like it went bad and when I explained to the girl at the counter had an attitude explaining to me it’s a cold brew it is suppose to look like that. No it did not look like what it was suppose to look like because the cream was blended and left sitting on the blender base for 5 minutes before someone else poured it in the coffee. Anyways I left it next to the garbage outside the store. 5.64$ straight to the trash and 15 minutes waiting for it. I will never return to this location.

The two guys working the morning of January 15th, 2023 were very polite, welcoming, both very efficient and were quick to get my drinks out to me. Highly recommend this location.

Glad they reoped this location. Better service than before. Not as much seating in store like they had, but more than likely a reason for it.

What a wonderful place. The manager is cheerful and the staff happy. If I could give more stars I would. They greet when you walk in . Keep it up

You will wait 20-30 minutes for a coffee here. In store, advanced pre-order etc. quite literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to anywhere in the world.

Too crowded. Customers can't get from one side of the room to the other without asking people in the line-up if they can move.Staff is constantly changing, and prices keep increasing. They also need to remove that huge table that is taking up valuable real estate for customers.Customers have to crowd at the end to wait for drinks, which blocks others in.Over-priced, over-crowded, over-rated.
