Top notch customer service with great selection of running, walking, hiking and casual apparel and shoes. I have been buying my kids' runners as well as my road and trail running shoes at Fitfirst for years. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and detail oriented. They have always helped me to find the best pair of runners not only with perfect fit but comfort and appropriate support. Fitfirst offers running clinics with different pace and distance options for casual and competitive runners. Huge shout out to Evan who is not only a “running-shoe-wizard” but also very involved and supportive of the local running community and keeps everyone happy and motivated throughout the sunny OR wet running days. I highly recommend this store.

I bought the Women's Cloudmonster running shoes in December last year and they already ripped at the toe section. Shoes were mostly used for walking and were very comfortable to wear. Six months is a little bit too short period to have these shoes ripped with a light use.I returned to the store and staff were very understanding of this issue. I was offered an exchange and staff gave many options to replace the running shoes. This turned out to be a great experience and I will be returning to Fit First Footwear for future purchases!

Sometimes you walk into a store and get great customer service. If you are lucky, every time you go back you get great customer service. But if you are truly blessed, you start off looking for a new pair of runners nine years ago, and end up with a community of friends. The team at FitFirst, and their run clinics have changed my life for the better!

This was my first time visiting Fit First Footwear and it was such a great experience! I was looking for trail running shoes, but I need a wide fit. I was immediately greeted by a team member and asked what I was looking for. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had a great selection of shoes and the prices were really good too! He showed me different options from the display wall and explained details about the shoes that I’d never thought about before. I tried on my 4 favourites and landed on these ones - they are perfect for what I need. The store also has clothing and other accessories and is bright, clean and well laid out. I was really impressed with the customer service, selection, and knowledge. I’ll be back for sure!

We have been coming to Fit First for quite a few years. The product is excellent, but the thing that separates this store from others is the service. Evan and his staff are caring and knowledgeable, sensitive and kind. In a time when the retail industry seems to have left customer service behind, Fit First is wonderfully old-school.

Bought Shoes from Evan and his great team and have sent many friends there for their running shoe needs. He analyzed my walking and running style and then gave me my best options. Lots to choose from and its about time I head back the store for a new pair of runners.Thanks for being a great community store.
