It was a quiet afternoon, and it was not too busy.I used to come here a lot back on the days. My favorite was the warm welcome from the 3 gentlemen who never fail to come to the door with their best smile the moment someone walk in.This time, it feels different, like something is missing, the 3 gentlemen, which is the signature of Astoria restaurant, is no longer there.Anyways, still ok, the food has changed. They don't have their signature dishes served the way it used, too.The main thing now, they are still around to serve the taste of Greek dishes, the closest possible.

Delicious food and that canteen feel is the best! Our server was kind and even though busy did her best to serve us in a timely manner. The staff are kind and caring and the food was great. Fresh salad and feta cheese is how it should be.

The allure of this place is the Danforth and the patio. It was very typical Greek food. Yummy, but not outstanding. Our server was excellent. Since covid, I've not been out to many restaurants. I find it a bit surprising when an average meal, no alcohol, no dessert, is over $100.

One of the most delicious greek foods that I’ve ever had!!! We ordered chicken souvlaki one with rice and one wrap both of them were so delicious but the yummiest part was their tzatziki! It was wonderful! Besides that our server Dina was so sweet, definitely coming back!

One of Greektown’s classic restaurants. I’ve been coming here since I was a child but my parents have been coming since they were teenagers.Food is consistently good, decent price and the waiters are kind and speedy. They probably have the best pork souvlaki & Greek salad on the danforth. Only downside is that I’m noticing that the quality is dropping from how it use to be and they’re starting to mix other types of lettuce into the salad.

Absolutely delicious and ample portions. The beef was the best... Ordered it medium which was perfect. Tender and very tasty. Tzatziki was fantastic. Veggie sides were perfectly done.Service was great, all we're very helpful. Place is attractive and clean.

We love the food and staff at Astoria, and visit this location pretty frequently. The food always arrives super fast, perfectly cooked - our favourites are the pork souvlaki, greek salad, taramosalata dip with pita. Best potatoes too. It’s simple, classic food cooked well. Lots of options so you can customise based on whatever you feel like - something lighter or more substantial.Everyone on the team is great, always friendly, with great, attentive service. Dina in particular serves us a lot and she is lovely! We’ve been to other locations too, and received the same great care. Astoria has got the whole dine-in experience and process down to an art. Highly recommend a visit, great for couples, families, kids. Thanks for always taking care of us!

Not the same Astoria since the chefs changed rice tasted like gas. Taziki is off flavour. Used to be the best place to eat but not anymore. Go Pantheon instead. Across the street.
