I recently hurt my back very badly after falling quite a few steps of stairs and had to spend a couple nights at the hospital. I could barely walk when I was released and I thought my road to recovery would be long and difficult. The diagnosis was disc damage and the options were painkillers or surgery. I really wanted to avoid surgery if I could as I have seen it make these things worse in relatives. I tried the physiotherapy (no effect), Chiropractic (made my back worse) and painkiller route (which made me drowsy).An associate of mine recommended Harinder from The Spinal Treatment Clinic ages ago when I first had my accident and suggested I give osteopathy a chance. Not knowing much of what osteopathy was, I decided to give the more mainstream options a try but after no success and my pain getting worse, I finally gave them a call. I wish I had gone there from the start. Osteopathic medicine is very interesting its aim is to get to the root of the problem and is different to Chiropractic as its not about the cracks. Harinder was great and he made my back feel better right away. I was in a great deal of pain and am now pretty much 80% better which for 6 weeks is incredible.If you're hurting, or need physical therapy, or just want to enhance the way you feel I would definitely recommend him. After the first time he worked on my back I felt relief. He took the time to explain to me what had been going on with my back. Absolute delight to talk to, very knowledgeable, very personable. I was not able to get through the day with the pain that I was experiencing. Amazing!!!! I had about 10 treatments for neck and back pain. I had neck pain from last couple of years and finally it's fully cured. I started feeling good after 1st treatment and with 2nd it's gone. I completed treatment 3 weeks ago and no pain so far. I would definitely recommend his services. My back also used to hurt alot but that that went away as well with adjustment. BIG Than you!!!!

Dr. Grewal is amazing..! He is a great professional and a great human being.!Has excellent knowledge about the spine and his hands work like magic.! I feel 80% better with my back and 90% better with my neck in only 3 visits.!

I went to Harinder to primarily address neck and shoulder pain. The pain has significantly improved but the most amazing part was my sleep improved the most. I have suffered from sleep issues for over 8 years now. This was something I was not expecting. Originally, I reached out to Harinder because of a random onset of pain/loss of function in my thumb. This problem was resolved immediately and since beginning treatment, I have seen improved health benefits in many other aspects of my health. He is amazing! His treatments were so gentle! And for the first time in years i actually sleep comfortably! I would definitely recommend his services. My hips also used to hurt alot when i would wake up. I havent had a problem with them since my first treatment!

I have degenerated disks in my back, tendinitis in my foot and I have/had Neuropathy in my feet and hands from chemotherapy which has been plaguing me for the past year, I have tried massage therapy, acupuncture and physio none of it worked. Since i have been seeing Harinder, the Neuropathy and my pain is gone. Highly recommend him for any pain relief. I also take my Mom who is 90 and has many issues and she feels great.
