This locations quality is very inconsistent, I'm appalled by the attitude that I got from the staff when I asked a simple question and I also waited 45 minutes for an order when I was told 15 minutes. Unacceptable if you ask me.

Previously happy with other locations but this location is terrible. Every time we order there is either something incorrect or missing about the order. Our most recent order was sold to us with RAW DOUGH and the most that head office or the manager would do is say just order it well done next time." This is a very concerning health hazard that is not being taken seriously by the company and we have contacted the local health unit to complain and will not be returning to this location. Not interested in getting food poisoning!"

Went in to order a pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. Over an hour later and we're still waiting. If you're extremely busy, we understand. Then why not be honest and up front and say it's going to take more than an hour. We could have gone elsewhere. You want the business but don't want to provide the service.

I am usually order pizza from Topper but last time my pizza was half cook and i did complaint but not getting any response from toppers management team, very poor customer service. Not Recommendable.

Ordered today- 15 mins to pick up, arrived at 18mins, was told another 20 mins wait!!! Suggested a double sticker for the inconvenience....received nothing !!! NOTHING2 weeks ago..ordered....was about to leave to pick up....got called saying no cauliflower crust!" So..half my order was filled...and nothing offered for the inconvenience"

Worst toppers I've had. Counter and displays were dirty, my wings had a strange smell and taste to. Pizza was thin and way over cooked. The staff don't seem to really care for the establishment.Edit: I got food poisoning from the wings.

Tried the lactose free cheese this past weekend because my son is lactose intolerant. 30 minutes after eating the pizza he was in the bathroom. We won't be doing that again. Assuming they mixed up the cheeses! No fun for him....
