Quick response on their website chat box (I contacted them at 3am and I still can receive their reply)I ordered a Samsung TV and the product is in good condition. Reasonable shipping price and the staff is really helpful and nice.I hope they will provide more products in the future.

I went to this store little over a month ago looking for a stove and i saw one which could be connected to the wifi/accessed using phone but when it was delivered, i realised that the cooktop on" light remained on even though the stove was off and i wasnt able to switch off the stove using the app. I tried calling the store and the guy said that i would need to wait for a few days if i need replacement stove of the same model or buy a stove which is higher in value and pay the difference. Since i didnt had much option

Very bad customer service, i bought a fridge and dryer.The delivery was too late they delivered at 12am in night, plus open my main door for the house, my porch fencing was broken. They didnt even wait for the main door to install it plus i helped myself to bring the fridge inside . Plus the dyrer was not working and the other dryer they sent had a thermal fuse burned, i end up paying extra charges plus damaged my property aswell.Wont recommend to buy house hold appliances.Better to pay little bit more on cost and buy for well known showroom or wholesale place.The work ethics are not good.

Greeted with very warm and friendly service! I went to pick up a microwave and ended up leaving with numerous items! Their price is right and their customer service is excellent.
