Shameful store. I asked them for the price of a side splash because there was no barcode. The plumbing guy had the nerve to tell me that I had complained in the past. I said YES" because they don't deliver direct in the bathroom vanities differently than fridge

Staff not knowledgeable. Went in to buy replacement toilet tank seal and they convinced me to buy wrong item even when I brought a picture of the piece I needed... regardless, I returned the wrong item and brought the piece I needed to replace.... staff didn't what the piece was! Went to big box store and the rep showed me the exact part without the picture!

Had a bad experience here. Everyone was pretty cool except this older woman Julie who seemed to have some biases which really turned me off. Apparently they also don't do any refunds here which I can't understand from such a big name brand store. Only got 2 stars because I ended up finding a nice little sporting pocket knife on sale $10!

Was unaware of how convenient and affordable this place is. Good selection, reasonable prices and available parking. I'd go in the mornings if one would like less people and more responsive staff. All in all good experience
