We are extremely grateful to the staff and management of this pharmacy for their service which we have been using for several years. They are attentive, knowledgeable and always ready to answer our questions or concerns about some medications. It is pretty convenient for us that they refill our medications in a timely manner, sometimes requesting a prescription from our family doctor if it is necessary. We highly recommend their service to everybody who has pharmaceutical needs in Richmond Hill and around.

My husband Vladimir and I continue to visit this pharmacy for the eighth year. The owners and employees have changed, but the attentive and friendly attitude towards customers has not changed. We are met by responsible professionals Mark, Tatyana and others. We are always sure that our prescriptions, terms, communication with our doctors and medicines are in the field of their attention and control. We highly appreciate the work of all staff. 05.30.2023My husband (Vladimir) and I have been visiting this pharmacy for 4 years. We are met by friendly, attentive, polite pharmacists. I know that they competently control our medicines in accordance with the prescriptions, and if necessary, contact our family doctor. I was a volunteer at this pharmacy and found the staff and manager extremely friendly. The way in which they treat their customers is excellent and professional. The pharmacist is truly helpful and well-certified. The environment and work space is clean and sterile. The staff is responsible and organized. I see mark for my medications and since he has taken over the pharmacy the service has been fantastic. Even if he is busy he always gives you the time you need to answer any questions or concerns. I never worry about confidentiality I feel safe and secure when speaking of private health concerns. I definitely would recommend this pharmacy. They also have staff that speaks many languages of communication is of any issue not to worry here
