RBG Security is an unethical company run by a bunch of greedy people who truly do not care about their hard working employees trying to honestly earn a living. They still did not pay me for wages I worked for them despite several attempts to collect my pay. I have already reported them to the Ontario Ministry of Labor and am currently in consultation for legal action against them. Please stay away from them if you are looking for employment. You may get the same treatment as me.

We use RBG at my building for night security, 7 days a week. Our experience has been fantastic overall.The guards in our current rotation (Harpreet, Rajveer and Paramveer) are absolutely incredible, and take the safety of our building and the residents to heart.They are pro-active in their approach to the nightly security detail, and communicate immediately when something needs to be communicated. They're onsite to patrol the stairwells, residential levels and parking garage primarily, but have assisted the fire department when when needed while waiting for on-call staff to arrive.I trust them completely, and am thankful and grateful to have them on site as addional eyes when regular site staff are home.RBG as a whole is thorough, responsive and dependable. The RBG Team at every level makes the complex safer. Very thankful to work with them, and would absolutely recommend!!!

RBG security company is the Professional company and highly recommended security company. The company values their clients and employees by taking responsive actions and provides good pay rate and provides the best service for their clients. The staff is very co-operative and also provide required training for the Guards for responding in emergency situations and to provide the best service. Very unreliable and utmost worst security company. If you're looking for a security guard job, please do not apply in RBG, you'll be miserable with no consistent hours, no permanent site, always on call, missing hours on payroll, unprofessional supervisors, and so on. RBG security is pathetic, worsened scoundrels to waste people's time and money. Stay Away from RBG Security. A sincere advice !
