My experience dealing with Arya on the Sunshine Coast was very disappointing and extremely frustrating.I hired Arya to provide a Geo-Tech report for the purpose of obtaining an SCRD Development Permit on a residential house build.The report provided was inadequate with multiple come-backs from SCRD.Promised delivery dates for the outstanding info came and went with no communication.My project was delayed due to the shortcomings in the original report and the delayed responseIn my opinion, I expected Arya to know what was required by the SCRD for a Development Permit.I also expected clear and honest communication.

I am personally impressed with the quality of services that ARYA provided in the projects I have been involved in, and sometimes being the most cost effective solution that ARYA had to offer compared to the others made it so unique amongst the consultants
