HOT PEPPER Furnace & Duct Cleaning

I would highly recommend Hot Pepper Furnace & Duct Cleaning!! I moved into my new home to a sheet of white dust every morning (SHAME on new home builder in Black Diamond who does not do this before customer moves in). Hot Pepper arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and thorough. Cliff booked my appointment and he explained the service clearly and answered all of my questions well. Thank you very much!

The technician who came to the Beaupre Community Hall was very professional, and quite accommodating. Not only did he clean all the duct systems, he changed all 4 furnace filters, reattached a belt that was off, and relit the pilot light that was out. He was able to work with us so the main hall vents were done first to allow for function set up. I would not hesitate to call Hot Pepper again for the Beaupre Hall and will recommend them highly for any residence or commercial property.

Hot Pepper was great to deal with...Cliff got me booked in right away, answered all my questions and was very helpful. The technician Yuri showed up right on time and did a great job. I'll be using them again and highly recommend these guys.

Overall a fantastic experience. Very glad I called them again.I had two properties that needed cleaning (ducts, dryer vent, fireplace, etc). One was a rental; the other was my home.Unfortunately, my schedule wasn't very flexible. Cliff managed to fit both properties into the same afternoon so I only needed to take half a day off from work in order to let his team in. It was extremely helpful.When they arrived, the techs (Phil and Arsen) were professional, punctual, and answered all my questions. They finished off the smaller property quickly and efficiently in about an hour - ducts and dryer vent.For my home, the team were great with regards to the comfort of my very skittish cat. Knowing she'd panic, I asked them what was the best way to handle the duct cleaning, and they recommended the room furthest from the furnace as a place to keep her. Once they had finished the rest of the rooms, they gave me time to gently move her to a finished room so she could hide until the last of the work was done. This alone was a huge help to me (and the cat).The team then cleaned my gas fireplace, changed the furnace filter, and changed my humidifier filter - all the little home maintenance tasks that keep getting placed on the backburner. It was a long afternoon for them, but the team stayed very pleasant and were happy to answer questions, or suggest options for me as the work progressed.Thanks very much!

Hot Pepper was great to deal with...Cliff was very helpful and kept me informed when there were unavoidable minor delays. The technicians did a thorough job, explaining what they were doing and pointing out anything I should know about our furnace and duct system. I highly recommend these guys and they will be my go-to people for future cleaning.

Really good service, the techs (Phil and Arsen) worked really efficiently and they were very professional. The planner, Cliff, took care of calling my tenants to schedule the cleaning. The tech were on time and took one hour as planned.

Highly recommend Hot Pepper for duct cleaning. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, from how quickly they respond to emails to duct and vent cleaning. The tech arrived on time, explained in detail what the cleaning involved and did an excellent job. We can feel the difference in air quality and have noticed less dust circulating through the house. We’ll definitely use them again for duct cleaning!
