Tim hired us, 518 Dumpsters and Materials, LLC, for the debris removal of a chimney rebuild. Tim and crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive via phone/messaging and very easy going. His work looks amazing and we’re glad he gave us the opportunity to work with him! From the initial request for service throughout the end of the job Tim and Holly were amazing! We received notification of when they would arrive (including a picture of whom to expect) and they were punctual, professional, and fabulous to work with! We went with Tim’s recommendation on a good product for our woodstove chimney and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. I wish more businesses operated like this. I was unable to leave stars… But I would give them double fives! I included a picture of our yucky old chimney and pictures of our upgrade done by actual chimney specialists. One of my best decisions of the year.

Tim & crew were very clean and neat while they did the repairs. They were very respectful of the surrounding room.They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were also wonderful with the pets. But, most important they did an excellent through job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Tim! He was super knowledgeable and helpful - he inspected both of our chimneys and cleaned/inspected our wood burning stove. He was very patient with us explaining how to use all the features and keep it running effectively! We’ll definitely be returning to Tim and team for our future chimney and fireplace needs. Scheduled an appointment two time. First time they canceled night before the appointment saying they are backed up due to rain. No one called to reschedule so i called to make a new appointment. The 2nd time they canceled because someone called sick. I called and left a 3rd message for a new appointment. No one called back.

I'm so glad I hired Actual Chimney Specialists. Recently, I upgraded my woodstove and I'm extremely happy with the service I got. Originally, I wanted a much more expensive stove, but Tim talked me into another model which ended up saving me a lot of money. That's when I knew I was dealing with a professional and not a salesman! My new Pacific Energy Super 27 is amazing! It's super easy to light and it really throws the heat!
