Danny is a wonderful person, always going above and beyond for myself and my family. He is super prompt with installations and always sets us up with the best deals. He has fixed a ton of my electronics as well. I always come to him to fix my phone screens when I crack them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These guys are true professionals at their craft. I had called a number of satellite installers to get some information on getting a satellite installed at my home, unfortunately none of them seemed to truly understand what I wanted. Luckily, I was referred to AGC electronics by a good friend of mine and they were able to provide me with the accessories as well as the installation service without breaking the bank.Thank you guys for such an awesome job.

I needed to fix my TV so I got a few quotes. All of them were too expensive and would take 4-6 weeks surprisingly... Then my buddy referred me to this place and they got the job done cheaper and the next day. I was surprised they fixed it so fast, it works perfectly. Definitely going back

This guy is a scammer. I called him and asked him if he converted 8mm tapes to DVD....he said yes and gave me a price of 25 per tape - no problem.I drove there the next day and asked him how much, he then replied $50 per tape. How does something double overnight? he said If I didn't like his price to leave.

Our 9242 HD PVR receiver suddenly stopped working. Unplugging the receiver seem to get it working again but the reboot took forever and it was only a matter of time before it would stop again. We phoned Bell only to be told the warranty had expired and we would need to purchase a 9400 HD PVR for $499 or rent for $15/month. So, we decided to see what other options were available. I tried Kijiji and the ad for AGC Electronics Plus came up. I couldn't believe our luck, especially after visiting the website and was informed it could be fixed the same day while you wait. What amazing service. Danny, the owner was great. He definitely knows his stuff and we were so impressed with the work and quality of service. In all the years we have had this receiver, the picture seemed fine however, since it was repaired (within an hour I might add) the picture seems to be much sharper and clearer than before. Danny did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to purchase a replacement from Bell!! It was definitely worth the drive to Whitby. Repaired our Bell PVR within 24 hours. My wife also brought in her older shredder which was repaired while she waited. It required a new fuse and another small component. The service was excellent and the price reasonable. I would recommend AGC to anyone requiring electronic repairs.

Today I had an appointment at JointAction Physiotherapy. I arrived early and found construction had closed off half of the parking lot. I drove around for almost 10 mins trying unsuccessfully to find a parking spot. I double parked and called the clinic. While I was speaking to the clinic, I noticed a gentleman getting into his truck. I pulled up to the spot, put my turning signal on and waited for him to leave. Before I could pull into the spot a man stood in the spot and gestured for me to open my window. I did. He said that spot wasn’t for me it was for a lady behind me. I said no, I’m here first. There was a bit of back and forth with him refusing to move. The receptionist at the clinic heard the kerfuffle over the phone and came out to help. The man was very rude to her and again to me and said he wasn’t going to let me park there. Thankfully a spot opened a little way down the aisle, so I took it. When I walked by the man was still standing in the spot even though the lady who he originally gestured to had already found somewhere else to park.I then found out he was the owner of AGC Electronics plus! The owner!! If this is how he treats people and his neighbours I’m shocked he’s in the business of customer service! He was demanding, entitled, and full on rude! I’m willing to bet if you have any issues with anything you purchased there, you will see the side I saw today! Be advised…this is his true self when he’s not trying to sell you something!

I was one of the victims that gave them a TV to repair, After they charged me $40 for diagnostics, i discovered that they did not even open the TV box and gave me $450 repair quote, when confronted about not opening the TV, i was told we contacted Vizio and its a known issue, hence we did not need to check the TV. That statement tells me a lot about the person doing the repair.I definitely will not refer that place to anyone.

I have gone twice to AGC Electronics Plus for repairs to my Bell TV box, they have done all repairs both times in 30 minutes. They understood my issues and were very friendly and easy to work with.I the future I will be bring all of my electronic repairs here, great to work with.Mike
