Very modern, clean and State of the art facility. One on one focused treatments and they have all services you need in one spot. The clinic runs very efficiently because the staff are trained to know when a consult with the surgeons or other specialists is needed. Highly recommend

Had my aviation medical exam with Dr. Duncan earlier today.I felt healthy, but I was understandably nervous having not known what to expect from the test, but Dr. Duncan made sure to explain the process in detail, and was very nice about my mild anxiety towards the test. I left the test much calmer, and he was super nice as well. Thank you Dr. D.

This office has my mother who is 77 has been waiting for over 8 weeks for someone to call her and see her from this office, her brain tumour has grown to over 4cm, she’s literally deteriorating and after calling they’ve told me to just wait. Honestly this is the worst service and this office has me feeling so helpless.Take your loved ones elsewhere if you can!

What an amazing team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists,acupuncturists, interventional pain specialists and spine surgeons. Each time I’ve come to the clinic has been a welcoming and a comfortable environment. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns specially Dr. Maryam Nik. Coming here I see progression after every session and will continue my treatments here. Thanks again for contining to make my experience enjoyable and helping me through a tough time!

Horrible experience I was suppose to see a different Dr but I ended up seeing Dr Duncan he went over my back MRI which I wasn’t there for. When I told him I was there for my neck he got upset and rushed through it. I was there for bone spurs in my neck causing migraines he told me to increase my pain meds. I would like to see the original doctor I was referred to. It’s not ok that we wait month and years for appts to be brushed to the side and treated very poorly this is my husbands account my names is Melanie Jackson. This behavior is disgusting. I would like to hear back from someone being treated this way isn’t ok my doctor wanted me to see a specific Doctor I would like to be seen by him not a doctor that should have retired a long time ago.

Horrible, unprofessional experience with Dr. Duncan. I waited over a year for my appointment. I have 2 herniated discs, stenosis, osteoarthritis and arthritis throughout my entire spine. He came into the office for my appointment without a patient file in his hands. I had an MRI of my entire spine per they’re request. I was told that the herniated disc in my neck isn’t bad enough for them to do surgery. When I asked about the second herniated disc in my back Dr. Duncan just shrugged his shoulders. He told me the damage is what it is in my back. I have gained weight as I have difficulty walking any amount of time. I live in a rural area, that doesn’t have an indoor pool for me to do aqua fit as he told me I should do. I explained that it would be close to 2 hours for me to drive to the nearest facility where I may be able to do aqua fit. Then he told me to just google yoga exercise. His solution for me is that I just need to exercise and lose weight. I can’t even open their website to send a letter to the Board of Directors to send this complaint. Perhaps I need to just go directly to the College of physicians and log a complaint.

I had spinal surgery with Dr. Shahideh. He was so wonderful with me before and after my surgery., he was very kind and patient with me. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable to do my procedure. It’s been 6 weeks since my surgery and I feel good, healing nicely.Thank you so much .

I strongly recommend the Trillium Spine Clinic and Corey Hofkirchner. They have given me hope for recovery and a more comfortable existence and relief from some of the pain I have been experiencing.I have been suffering with varying degrees of back pain for several years now, and in the fall of 2020 the pain became unbearable.I have tried Chiropractic treatments in the past, and they helped to some degree but the nerve and back pain I was experiencing more recently was not treatable with Tens units, or common chiropractic treatments.My family Doctor referred me to the Trillium Spine Center and I wasn’t sure what the difference would be between Chiropractic techniques.Corey Hofkirchner answered the question for me.The equipment they have at the clinic and the expert treatment I received was fantastic. The clinic has a special electric adjustment table that is capable of doing the latest chiropractic methods and special vibrating deep tissue acupuncture needles. I have never had that treatment anywhere else I had gone prior.Corey really cared about his work and took lots of time with me and explained everything he was doing clearly and patiently. He has a very friendly and calming demeanor and made me feel comfortable right away.I noticed the difference immediately and although my back and nerve issues cannot be solved with Chiropractic treatment alone, I do get some relief and it certainly helped me a lot.Thank you Corey and Trillium Spine Center.Luba Figol
