We've used ProStar several times in the last few years (furnace repair, frozen pipes, new toilets, slow drains), and we've always been very happy with their service. Darcy has been incredibly professional and responsive, giving great advice and solving any problems. Highly recommended!

I recently used a shower repair and water heater installation service from ProStar Plumbing Heating & Air. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.The shower repair was done quickly and effectively, and they took the time to explain the issue and offer several options for fixing it. They also provided useful advice on how to maintain the shower to prevent future problems. The water heater replacement team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and were respectful of my home and property. Byron was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. He came promptly and quickly diagnosed an issue with our water tank (plus some other plumbing related issues we’d been putting off).We ended up needing a new hot water tank and when we asked about a tankless system he recommended an amazing unit. We decided to get it and he quickly got it installed and working for us.He then came back multiple times and fixed the other issues we’d been having. His work was clean and everything looks so amazing. We’ll definitely be contacting him again for any future plumbing issues we have. Thanks so much Byron!

Had my hot water tank go on me unexpectedly and these guys were there to help guide me through the process with ease. They were very fast at getting to my place the same day within an hour and fixed the problem within 24 hrs! Very knowledgeable staff and love that they got your back in a crunch!! Thanks guys!

Tub faucet valve was leaking and we couldn't shut the tap off, water kept coming out of the spout. I called Prostar and the receptionist guided me to shut the water main off. Within an hour Darcy the technician was at the house and advised we needed a valve replacement, which meant quite a bit of the tiles needed removed. Shawn the technician was at the house the next day by noon and had the job done within a few hours. Shawn removed the tiles so well, I was able to reuse them to fill back the hole in the wall. Thank you so much Shawn and also to Prostar. This was a very stressful situation and they helped so fast to get it fixed. Thank you!! Also one more thing, Prostar installed my A/C last summer and it works great!

Brandon from Prostar did an excellent job. My house had moving boxes in the way of the water shut off. He was very patient and helped get things out of the way. He was really good at explaining my options. As I was nervous and hesitant to commit not knowing anything about plumbing. He helped me work through all my choices to come to the best one for me. He was efficient and cleaned up everything. He was very thorough and ensured everything was sealed back up and functioning great. I was very pleased with his work.

Darcy was professional and was able to fix the problem for us. Service was a bit delayed due to previous service calls. I get that is out of their control, but a bit more communication from the company would have been appreciated. Overall, things worked out okay and would use Prostar again.

Darcy is personable man and was on time, professional and installed my new faucet quickly. Would use ProStar again.
