Well, the massage is average, room is cold in winter!!! & they don’t listen to your needs & they definitely gonna ask for tip on your way out!! No credit card ca$h or debit! I won’t recommend it!

what is a massage and why....i'm a high caliber athlete and what i needed is really reached, deep tissue massage for a body that train hard for years. My therapist name is Wendy. Not all therapist are for the same purpose. What is important is the density of the table and the hands that work on you....not the beauty of the outside materiel world. If people find the price high, there are insane. If people complaint about the quality, well the price sometime talk, but,,,,its mainly because client don't know how to talk honest and on what they need, and, they don't let second chance on therapist.

I ve been going to this massage place for a while, today I tried a new therapist her name is Celine . She is the best therapist in Montreal . She has her unique style. And she loves her work... best experience . I recommend her . And in hope she stayes working there . The whole place is execellent , nice people friendly and clean .

My worst experience in massotherapy! The person doing the massage didn't understand English or French so even if I asked she kept on going too hard on my shoulder (it still hurts after a day...). And when I paid the lady owner asked me for a tip!

The first thing to be said is that this is not a high end spa. Its the total opposite but that is part of what I love about it. I like hard chinese massages and they excell at it. Their price structure is also incredibly fair. If you walk up day of, they almost always accomidate you even at the end of the business day. I hate making appointments and it's lovely to not need to make it here. It's very rare to get a bad massage here. However it is a no thrills spa. I took some photos to show the interior isn't glamorous but it contains all the essentials. It's hygienic. You should totally tip the girls. I saw someone got offended they asked for a tip. Obviously if you get a bad service don't but at 25 dollars for a 30 minute massage which has to cover their lease, cleaning and staffing expenses come on, tip the girl whose treating you. They are almost all exclusively chinese immigrants. I got in the habit of saying sheshe" which is thank you in Chinese at the of the massage. If your on the fence with chronic pain I'd encourage you to go. If you like going to very fancy spas or prefer swedish massages this isn't your place."

Very bad customer serviceA stupid receptionist was on the floor I just want to ask her about the acupuncture. She didn’t understand and before I end my question she said rudely we can’t ! Impolite and need more education. Here we are in Montréal , a city for humans not in the jungle.She’s racist and give a very bad image about Chinese people. Never return there.

Nice place and very friendly staff. The lady was really nice and gave me a good service. Will definitely be coming back.
