Kirmac Collision & Autoglass

Hello! I have procrastinated on this review as I prefer not to spread negativity. This is my/our honest assessment of Kirmac the one time we have had repairs with them.1. Great Communication2. Easy to set up a replacement vehicle3. Open & honest4. Slow on repairs (due only to reduced distribution/part availability 2021)5. They did an extra service for us for the wait (buffed out the other headlight so it didn't look like a frankenstein car with 1 new headlight, and 1 old one - so grateful)But.. although we got our car back and the damage was fully repaired and repaired well.. our electrical for locking&unlocking the car is not the same. its quirky now where is wasn't before. we did mention to them, and they said it is the same which is fine, I believe they honestly didn't notice a difference but with it being our regular commuter car we did notice. Also, our fog lights were burnt out, both sides and we have no idea how that would happen but they are black after the service - we did not mention this to them.Otherwise we were very grateful to take our vehicle to such an honest and down to earth company - they honestly did everything they could to get our vehicle finished in good time and it was so clean when we received :)

My skid plate came off and was scraping the ground when i was driving and James got me in right away when I called and reattached it for me free of charge so I could drive normally until I had a chance to fully replace it. Fantastic service and going above and beyond to take care of clients!

I have used Kirmac for two collision claims. They were extremely professional, friendly, quick and did an awesome repair job. I recently noticed I had a small leak in my trunk. The dealer was unable to diagnose it after two appointments. It dawned on me that it was the same 1/4 panel that was repaired by Kirmac. I do not use my trunk that often and because the water would settle under the carpet panel, it was not noticed immediately. I called Kirmac and was put in touch with James. He never once questioned the situation but took complete care of me. He diagnosed the leak in about 15 minutes, repaired it while I waited and then after we were sure the leak was gone, had me swing by again to put the trunk back together installing the panels. He thanked me for my patience and my business. Treated me like an important customer even though I was there with a problem. James and Kirmac are by far the most professional company I have dealt with in a long time. While waiting in their waiting room I noticed that this type of service and professionalism carries through to all employees there as well. I will not use anyone else in the future and will always confidently recommend them to others. Thanks for the excellent care!

Would give 0 stars, wasted my day off and couldn’t get a 30 minute rock chip repair done.Called in and booked an appointment at 3 to get a chip repaired that should have taken 30 minutes. The new guy couldn’t get the insurance stuff done right away on his computer, so I offered to come back in half an hour or so.30 minutes later, got a call from the guy and asked for more details about a previous chip repair. I asked at the time if they can get it fixed today and the guy said yes. At 3:50 PM, the person called me back and said the technician is booked up for the day and could not fit me in.So I wasted an hour for Tyler to figure out my insurance stuff only to be told I need to return at a later date. Wasting an hour for nothing, and now I’ll need to find somewhere else to get it fixed today.If you need a chip repaired, forget this place and head 2 minutes down the street to PJ glass. Friendlier and faster service.

We have used Kirmac Collision before and have always had the best service. This time I was rear ended and needed a new bumper. They replaced the bumper. replaced the crash bar ahead of the bumper which was also bent and gave me a loaner car. My car looks great now and I am very happy how I was treated and the service that they provided.

Great service and great work! They fixed our vehicle with great care and efficiency. We did not have to wait long and they were very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!

My car got whacked by this other guy so hard it was non-drivable and had to be towed in. I have private insurance and Kirmac looked after everything after it arrived. The car looks and drives beautifully. Daniel and Tyler were both great to work with.

I had chip on my windshield and Coquitlam Kirmac repaired on the same day with great services. I would definitely come back again if I need auto repair.

The shop staff was great but the customer service rep who called and scheduled our repairs should have asked if we needed a loaner car. I was unaware that I had to request it with them and not at the shop itself. Other than that they did a great job with the repairs. So far so good.

What a freakin awesome job they did with my car!Not only it looks like it never had an accident, it looks like I drove it right off the lot from when it was new.On top of them painting my fixing up my bumper, they’ll also have it re-wrapped up once all the paint has dried up and cured!I would definitely bring my car back here along with my friends and girlfriends/family’s car here.Compared to Destination Toyota, this job is a lot better than them at the cheaper cost, higher quality, higher customer service, AND FASTER!-thanks to Kelsey for the awesome service and staying a little longer after closing time to allow me to pickup my car when I live in East Van(:
