McCleaners Drycleaning & Laundromats

Multiple broken machines just left without covers, place is a mess and the service is dire. Had to wait for change while the worker stood on her phone talking knowing I was waiting. This place washes clothes, don't expect good service or a clean atmosphere.

Kamloops desperately needs a new laundromat.This place is old, grungy, a lil dirty, and definitely over priced. I paid $6 today for a load in the wash making me pay nearly 8 bucks including the dryer. Very disappointing, new laundromat please pop up soon.

If i could rate this a -10 i would. I dropped a jacket off march 11th to have a zipper sewn in, the armpit mended and for it to be cleaned. When i called im august inquiring about my jacket i was told it was all ready to be picked up. I went to collect my jacket, got home and when i opened the wrap noticed that the armpit was never mended and the zipper was bunched along the seam and it didn't line up at the top. I yelles at the cashier and called another store in town and they told me that the owner would go pick it up and have it back within 2 weeks. I calles today to see what was happening with it and was told that it was there and ready to be picked up. I opened it in the store and it has not been fixed. They also wrote on the receipt that they had left a msg sept.13th and the 20th, which is untrue. I told her i wanted my money back. Left called the other store and told the girl to let her owner know that he should look for a new line of work. Worst service ever

Google says they are open till 8:30, sign on front door says last load at 7pm. We arrived back at 6pm and door were locked up and the attendant said they are closed. We were there 1/2 hour before this and got change to do laundry but 1/2 of their washers are down so we had to wait for a few to open up but when we returned it was locked up and shut down for the night. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!! we drove 45 minutes to do our laundry and couldn't even do any of it. Frustrated and annoyed because I wouldn't have came if I knew they closed earlier than what is posed on line.

New Machines!! Love this laundry because everything works, and equally all the dryers work quickly, and the atmosphere is always peaceful and chill. Just remember the time when you're here as the busses to take student employees home doesn't run for another hour after closing and these young women are working two jobs" so to speak. Also I hear their laundry drop off service is pretty inexpensive and fast!"

WORST LAUNDRY MART EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD... Dirty & disgusting with half the washers & dryers out of service... The dryer I was using broke half way through the cycle so my laundry was still wet... It was close to their closing time and they would not refund me my money for the dryer... DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY... There are much better and cleaner options available in Kamloops.

OMG … by far the FILTHIEST laundromat I have ever experienced in my 4 years of living full time in my rv. Trust me that says a lot considering I have used over 100 laundromats.I am literally shocked. How this place stays open I’ll never know.I don’t think the staff (or owner for that matter) even knows what a broom or mop is!?See photos!!Also, over half the machines are literally in pieces with “out of order” signs posted.

Very poor customer service. Dropped off on the 4th . Pick up was supposed to be the 10th. I called on 12th to give them extra time. It was not ready. Then I called them on the 19th and they said it was ready . I felt over charged and the staff appear to think that working at mcleaners is a joke. I didn't bother to even express this to them. Just to give you guys fair warning . 56 bucks for 2 items.

I went there at 18:50 and was told no more loads" by a brown guy. Yet they advertise as "open till 8""

My work takes me all over the province so I've used many MANY laundromats and hotel machines. This place is the worst:-An entire row of washers marker out of order. Barely half the machines appeared to be operating.-Machines with panels removed/parts missing.-7 BUCKS for a wash in a machine left rust marks on my clothes. I only know of one place in Terrace that costs more (but their machines are great)- 25c for 3 minutes of dryer time wasn't bad, but after 45 minutes my clothes were still wet (set to medium)-dirty floors with garbage everywhere...not just fabric softener sheets.Last, this is not place where you load a bunch of Carhart and go for lunch. You need to watch your machine...but then I wouldn't wash shop rags here.I drove from Lillooet to Kamloops to do laundry because there was nothing local. I should have gone to Kelowna or anywhere else.
