the agent I met here was very rude, has such an attitude insulting her client. there are a lot of ways to tell you nicely but she chose the exact straight forward and insulting way. If you are not rich enough, don't dare think visiting here. she would talk to only rich people.

I have been going here ever since they opened. I find them helpful and in a good location. And the staff are extremely helpful with some of my banking needs. It is a much better than the old location.

I made an in-person appointment this week for myself and my husband to sit down with an advisor. The appointment was made in my name. When we arrived we waited in the seated area for our advisor whom we were meeting with for the first time. The advisor called out my husband's name and led us to his office. Upon sitting down the advisor did not as much as acknowledge that I was in the room. He only spoke to my husband even when I answered his questions. He did not even make eye contact with me when speaking about MY RRSPs. The appointment lasted about 15 minutes. When we left he still had not acknowledged my existence. To say I was put off by this is an understatement and I will never ever use this branch again.CIBC Stavanger Drive, it's 2022, get with the program and hire staff that value women as much men.The tellers at the counter have always been friendly and helpful, that's the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars.

Conveniently located but the location is in a very busy part of town. Traffic is always heavy and it's like a maze trying to get around
