Everyone at ProAce that we dealt with were amazing. We needed the heat exchanger replaced in our furnace, it required special parts to be ordered in. The team worked quickly to resolve our issue and kept us informed through the whole process. Their technicians were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. David, who works in the office worked hard to get the parts in and took care of all the warranty paperwork for us, and gave us great customer service. Highly recommend this business!

I called Pro Ace to bring a hot water tank and install it since my old hot water tank was leaking. They came on time and installed the new hot water tank. The technician worked well. He answered my questions and gave me some advices. At the end, he cleaned up thoroughly . The price was affordable and fair for the good quality hot water tank and the professional installation. I had several projects with this company and recently they installed a 5-head split AC and heat pump at my house. The owner Ali soroush did the inspection and quoting. The price was very fair compare to other companies. This review is based on the Pro Ace representative who came to my home to provide me with an estimate for a heat pump. I did not get services provided to me by Pro Ace. It is my honest experience which I hope may help others navigate the complex variety of heat pump installers and possibly help the company improve. I had 4 other companies provide me with quotes before this one, and none were like this. Not even close.Upon arriving and welcoming him into my home (which he was late for and I had to call asking when he'd arrive), one of his very first questions to me was: There are two types of customers: budget conscious and value conscious. I had the duct cleaning service. Sam one of the technicians, called me before he came and they arrived on time. Sam explained what he would do very clearly. He also recommended sanitizaing our ducts which I was grateful he did. Now I feel comfortable to be in a cleaner and safer house. Sam is awesome, he is friendly yet professional.

I had two young men, Sam and Ali, work on our vent cleaning. They were very professional, and gave me a step by step guide on what they were going to do, and went as far as explaining what to expect, and even the science and physics behind the cleaning process. Very early on as they were setting up, Sam invited me to stick around, and watch their work; which I did. I gave me a sense of trust that they held their work accountable to their clients. I am very happy with their performance and the price was really worth the amount of work they did. I would definitely use Pro Ace in the future, and definitely ask for these two specifically.

Its technician is very friendly, knowledge and experience and gave me a valuable advice and recommendation. The office staff are also friendly and helpful. The installation technicians came to my house on time and finished the work in 4 and half hours as promised. I will give this company and its employees a five star rating.John

We contracted with them to install A/C in condo. We got a competitive quote and we explicitly went over how the work would be done. When they arrived to install, all of a sudden they added price for 2 pumps. When I complained that was not in original quote, they then said we’d have to pay for someone to cut drywall. We then canceled them.Update: The owner came over and came up with a new plan. He sent a new crew the next week who communicated well. Their time estimates were not very accurate but they did a very good job. I feel this company is trying to do a good job, but like many companies are having personnel problems - especially finding experienced personnel. I appreciate their attention to detail after the initial visit.
