Great Tim Hortons, line is usually long but that’s what you expect downtown. Staff is always on the ball with the orders and accuracy of the orders, come here everyday during my lunch and have never been disappointed!

Everything is excellent except for the employees. The other day I was at Tim Hortons and I placed an order. It turned out that an order similar to mine arrived and I took it and one of his employees yelled at me very loudly and when my order arrived, the same person who He yelled at me, he smashed my food and it was all crushed. The truth is it's a total waste and it's not the first time they've done it because I have Colombian friends who have gone to eat there and they are treated badly for not speaking English. My friends are looking for a translator to place your order and even so they do not understand, according to them, a total failure. Most of the people I know have given it bad reviews only because of the treatment that their clients give and not all of them.

The old lady was literally shouting at everyone in the rudest way people. She even shouted at me for just asking the order that she had in her hand was the bagel that I ordered.

Any other day they are awesome, today I dont know what they did to my ice cap but I drink ice caps ALOT and have never seen this happen?? Kind of disgusting. Now I'm stuck at my desk with a gross icecap for the day. It wont be drank. I will be returning after work.

ordered my food online. realized the order was wrong after I got to the office; so I went back downstairs to let them know the order was wrong and I requested a cheaper item to replace my original order. the cashier asked me to bring back the food.... after I opened it and took a bite out of it. I smiled because I thought I was a joke; turns out they were serious.Not ordering from here any more.

Have not been in awhile but just popped in for lunch. No toaster...no chili...no soup...and no sign telling people! So waited in line for over 5 minutes and walked out empty handed as I wasn't ordering a coffee!

I do not feel safe here. I see homeless people hanging around all the time. Additionally, there is an employee who seems to yell at everyone. I heard her yelling at students for not picking up their order fast enough"

I was excited to try the brand new beyond meat breakfast sandwich this morning but when I opened it at home it was very close to falling apart and missing the egg I had ordered. The wrap I had ordered also had no egg.Neither of which looked remotely close to what was being advertised.
