The pharmacy assistant was rude, he didn’t scan my PC Card and when I asked for him to scan it, he said “it’s too late now”. Didn’t even say sorry.

If I could rate rat zero star I would,, very unprofessional and racist for a security guard to immediately follow a single native mom pushing a stroller. As a native single mom who relies on walking, I have went into this location a few times only for the security guard to discriminate towards myself. I walked into tonight only to have the security follow and watch me go down every isle while I was looking at prices to stay within my budget. I know with the one party consent law I'm legally allowed to record for my safety and in the video as I finished paying the security guard got in my face asking why I was recording, I told him he was discriminating against myself the moment I walked in the store and that i knew my right to record. He immediately asked the manager what to do and she said kick me out regardless of BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Shoppers drug mart as a status treaty holder I'm disappointed in this continous discrimination I face from your COMPANY!

The owner/pharmacist is rude and condescending. The staff are unfriendly and incompetent. I've never had a good experience! We'll never do business here again, so happy to have transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Good riddance!

Racist and/or blatantly disrespectful cashier Kathy: visited today to do a very simple return for a product purchased at the more pleasant SDM at Kildonan Place. Original packaging and receipt for product purchased yesterday in new condition. Let me count the ways this simple return was extremely unpleasant: 1. Kathy despite seeing me standing by her till, took her time putting products away near her till in order that I could wait longer for her Highness to arrive. 2. When she finally did mosey on over to her cash register, no greeting, no hello, just her miserable demeanour 3. She stalled, hummed and hawed, stared and paced out the return for as long as she could for minutes before finally, for the Love of God, finally scanning the product to give my return for a $8.99 Garnier Product. Extreme hassle in such a simple straight forward transaction as she did not want to give me my return and I imagine was trying to think of several excuses not to. This is completely unprofessional, unfriendly and unacceptable for such a simple transaction. We have had much better experiences with cashier Andrew who, unfortunately, was not there that day or perhaps has moved onto a better location. We thank you Shoppers for providing excellent customer service, however with horrendous representatives like Kathy, I will avoid this location altogether and definitely prefer self checkout options with friendlier machines. Or even better, visit Rexall on Plessis and Concordia for awesome service, selection and vibes!

This review is for the pharmacy. I've never done a review on a pharmacy, but the service is so bad there I have to do one. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for years now. Just this year, the customer service (or huge lack there of) has gotten pretty bad. Nobody is friendly, nobody acknowledges you, huge line at pick up & 3 people working at drop off (not busy there at all) & not even bothering to try to help assist. I had to walk up to one of the pharmacy assistants & ask her to help her coworker... very weird. I will be switching pharmacies to one where I don't feel like I'm bothering someone to help me. The staff they had on at 1pm on Tuesday was terrible..

The customer service at the pharmacy has been deteriorating for awhile now but last night reached my limit. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions and they told me I owed, which is not correct because we have 2 coverages so haven’t had to pay for years. At first I asked them to try again and they said they did (which they obviously didn’t) I then told them to try again and they gave me a generic excuse as to why it didn’t go through, I lost my cool and paid out of pocket. I followed up with both insurance companies this morning and shoppers hadn’t even tried to put the charge through the second company even though they said they did last night and that they had tried more than once. Here is the true problem with the transaction and interaction from last night, I went there because I was sick and in need of medication and instead of compassion or even basic customer service they made me feel even worse, basically kicking me when I was already down. Instead of trying to help and resolve the issue they decided they were right and stood their ground. Today I called to speak with someone in charge to explain to me how this was acceptable and they took my name but were unable to tell me if anyone would be in today to discuss. What a horrible and defeating experience.

New pharmacist or ?? He needs some people skills. Same as some of the staff that take the prescriptions. 100 questions. Whining about insurance , how many this, how many that. I am out and explained I needed my meds and if there was a issue with billing, just needed 1 pill for today and could come back to get the balance later or when ready. Looked at me like I was nuts. Just fill the prescription, you’re not the doctor.All about $$$$ with that guy. After 12 years there…..Gone for good to Costco. It’s obvious that department needs The Previous Girl back running it.

Amazing customer service at both pharmacy and till. Had zero issues transferring over meds from a different shoppers, they even called to let me know it was ready for pickup. 10/10

I visit this Shoppers location quite often as it is in the area which I live in. This location is one of their bigger chains offering health & beauty, digital photo centre, a pharmacy and very generous sized grocery department. The is lots of parking here. The store also has lottery services & self checkouts. Everytime I have been here I have has a positive experience. This is a well stocked, clean organized location. Aisles big enough to pass and friendly/knowledgeable service. I continue to shop here. Recommended

Pharmacy Has turned into the worst one I have ever dealt with very uncaring people working there.Not refilling perceptions called multiple times with no answer.They need to take people prescriptions serious and get organized.
